Your coffee tastes like water.. what has happened to Tim Hortons? Among Mc Donallds, Starbucks, Aroma Cafe, I can say Tim hortons is the worst…I felt like I had water with sugar and milk today instead of coffee… You were different 8 years ago …. What’s going On???

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and quality of the coffee. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee.A special shout-out to Harry, who not only took my order with a friendly smile but also crafted my coffee to perfection.

Food was very good, there is this guy named harry who communicated very nicely with me even i did a mistake accidentally ordered the wrong size of a coffee but still he cooperated with me with no rudeness even the other workers were so aggressive on the customers , he politely handled the situation and sorted my order out and didn't make me wait much.

I really like the environment of the store. Weather was snowy outside.The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. Their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to relax.☕️

If I can help not to come here, I would.the most disorganized and slow tim horton I have ever been to. The dining area is not well kept. Dirty. And why would an order not pick up at the same place? Coffee pick up on the other side of the counter and the sandwich on the other. They just leave on the counter and it’s up to yhe customer to know which one is his or her order. WORSE Tim Horton!

I guess this happens only Sundays here. Crew have attitude. Not friendly. I know what I ordered, they made wrong sandwich and trying to convince me I ordered the one they made by mistake. Unbelievable. They probably need hearing aids or need to get familiar with menu

All i can say is that the staff in this location are very welcoming, specially morning staff. I come here everyday to get my morning coffee on the way to go to work. Maria always knows how to handle customer service very well. Very well-mannered. Even when customers gives her an attitude, she definitely held herself and compostures and handled it very well. So much patient,for that i salute her! This store is lucky enough to have Maria as an employee.

Parking: The plaza has a lot of parking spot.

They give me a different donut and I ask for the correct one. They take the incorrect one which I already touched back, which is unbelievably not hygiene, I have already warn them that I already touched it, hope they will not put it back to the rack.

I enjoy my time here at Tim's when I can find quiet moments. Trishna the very hard working manger is a very nice person as are her hard working staff. The staff are very friendly and hard working to accommodate the high volume of traffic. The customers are about 80% forein so if you dont mind not hearing the English language then this Tim's is for you
