Place is so spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and fast on service. Kuddos to all of the staff!!

This location is so dirty, especially their washroom. Tables are often dirty, seats sticky, and garbage bins are always overflowing.
Early morning breakfast menu is always “out of stock” or “not ready”. Their pastries display is 80% empty by 4:00pm.
Most of their staff are rude and very slow.

The place is extremely gross. Both bathrooms were disgusting. One had pee all on the floor and toilet seat the family room had a whole blow out on the toilet and the back of the toilet back splash. And it looked old and dry like it was there for some time.

If you want baked goods after 5pm dont bother. They stop baking in the afternoon and leave no selection for the evening.
Have been trying for weeks to grab my wife a blueberry muffin...

I go to Tim Hortona every week and I often see different workers. Sometimes when I order they do not get my order right. One time I ordered an ice latte with less ice, the worker proceeded to add HALF a cup of ice, and added no extra cream and not enough sweetener to my ice latte. So basically I spent 4 dollars plus.. for some unsweetened bitter ice coffee.

Iwant to give a big shoutout to the team at Tim Hortons, especially HarJot. Every time we come in, he gives us amazing customer service. You can really see how hard all the kids are working — even when the line is long, they’re running around, staying professional, and keeping everything clean and organized. It’s refreshing to see a team that cares this much. Great job to Jot and the entire crew! Keep up the excellent work.

Great food for a great price! Ordered the classic chicken wrap and the habanero loaded chicken bowls - crispy chicken was well cooked, rice/sauce/peppers made it quite spicy but very flavourful. Definitely recommend!
