It's a Tim Hortons just like any. I gave it five stars overall because the staff was very friendly and it seemed quite clean. 5 stars for the customer service I received and they had a very good selection of donuts and all the other things unlike some other ti.ms.

It is a very busy Tim Hortons, care need to be applied on the simple things like specific coffee orders and bagels. My bagel was rough but my service was good.

This Tim Hortons place is filthy. Tables are not wiped and cleaned. Floors are the same. I don't feel visiting this tim hortons anymore. No offense, but as a dining place, the place must be kept clean and sanitary for safety and health concern.
