Sign on the window on saying open and google map says open but it is closed, wasted driving in heavy traffic’s for 20 minutes
Hate to do this but… since it’s the closest Tim’s and I come here regularly. Today we went to Tim’s thinking to just grab something really quick. When we got there, there was a long line up and then the cashier at the machine told us there wasn’t any drinks or food. Only hot drinks, kinda disappointed and a bit upset. Understand it being the holidays but leaving a sign of notice for the drive thru would’ve been nice instead of wasting our time.

We visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru at 2:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff taking our order was rude when we asked to remove an item, and the person at the window displayed the same attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.This experience was far from the level of service we expect from Tim Hortons. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and it’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior.

This cashier name sumrhan or sumran sorry I don’t know how to spell her name right but she’s a very nice and good cashier worker. She’s patient and very kind to help me out with my order. Same with Emma she’s very patient and kind as well. They already know what I’m getting which is great and being patient with me for getting the code survey for a dollar icecoffeee

Tim Horton's began as a well organized company and after they put County style and Coffee time out of buissness they became too relaxed open when we want to no gaurages around drive through always hearing excess we don't brew dark roast after 11pm it's time to get new management or anather Coffee shop chain to open up to close your locations one by one Duncan donuts would easily do that job if they came to Canada

I went this morning to buy a coffee , I.ask for a Decaf,and I ask to the person who attended me please make sure is a Decaf because I'm allergic to caffeine. Right away she get upset obviously she upset me as well then I came to the window and I try to explain to her but she start to argue with no chance for me to explain.. what kind of service is this..I'm allergic I have to let them know

Disgusting service. They made iced latte with the regular milk as they were out of oat milk and trying to hide their mistake by being RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Never ordering again.

If I can give a zero rate I would. I just came to the drive thru and I asked the people in the window to put my order in a delivery bag. They started to say "No,no no nono we are not allowed!!" One by one. Each one of them played a manager role!!!. Creating policies in my face. Then they suggested that they will give me a reusable bag. I said okay. Then they closed the window and then handed my order without the bag!!!!!. I asked where the bag is!!?. They said we ran out of it!!. Seriously!?!!!. You don't know what you ran out of and wasted my time arguing. WHY ARGUING?!!!!.
STOP WASTING TIME ARGUING. If you are not sure about how to do your work call your manager and supervisor. DO NOT play their role. Stop creating policies out of nowhere. Since when delivery bags are not allowed to be handed to a customer?!!!. What policy is that??.

lady at the drive through either didn’t know how to count change or is too lazy to count change, i gave her 5-6$ of loonies toonies and a few quarters and she asked me how much it is, are you seriously hiring people that don’t know how to count?
