What a worst service i would ever say literally the worst i was in the drive thru and giving my order before even finishing my sentence the girl who was taking our order was “anything else” anything else wth is this i was giving my order is this the service you would expect your customers to experience atleast hire someone good at communication and know how to pronounce croissant i wish i could get the name of that lady . Tim hortons before handling your franchises to someone make sure they hire good people so that they will not downgrade your name. And who so ever is the owner work on your employees

The Philippine manager is extremely rude. She made me wait 20 minutes for an ice cap and after 3 people behind me were served , she tells me she never took my order. How rude.

The staff are relatively nice but you will wait a LONG time, service sucks and so does the food. The management is terrible. Do not go here, unless you have no choice.

I tried french vanilla today on this location as it was cold outside.what happened next after spending around 3 dollar on it I was not able to drink it. The girl made it too sugary. A human being can't drink it. Before serving it to me they both discussed that they made the coffee too sugary but they care nothing about their service.they just wanted to sell that coffee that it .
Horrible experience. Oh my god . I will never waste my money.
