Constant waiting, ordered breakfest, waited 20 min and when I asked about my order was told to get back in line, waited in line and when I informed them that I had yet to receive my order they replied sorry do you still want it. Asked for a refund, Tim Hortons has gone down the drain.

I went to Tim Hortons today with my teenage daughter, and we had trouble placing our order because they couldn’t hear us. We tried to speak louder, but it still didn’t work—maybe the microphone was positioned too low. The employee, who was a larger girl, became frustrated and started yelling at us. When we reached the window, we politely asked if we could get a cup of ice water, but she responded with an exaggerated attitude, saying, “OMG.” I asked for her name, but she didn’t answer. This isn’t the first time I've encountered unprofessional customer service from these employees. I hope the owner will take action regarding the poor service we are receiving at this location.

Very normal Tims. Quick efficient service, average coffee and a nice clean atmosphere. Service was a hit slow but this location is always super busy but drinks are always consistent. It's nice that all their counters are kept clean too.

I order an ice cap they give me ice coffee when i complain the crew in the drive-thru told me that order next time i present my apps discount and they say apply it next time its around 4pm this afternoon and it happened twice..... And they are proud what are they doing.
Ordered Steeped tea double double. What i got was a cup of hot water with sugar in it that too wasn’t mixed properly. It took them 6 mins to make whatever this was what they gave me. Overall shit service and shit tea. Wouldn’t go ever again.
