The lady at the drive-thru window has a terrible attitude. Someone like her shouldn't be serving customers. If she doesn't like dealing with people, she should find something else.

Very very slow service, staff had bad attitude, their ice caps came watery, breakfast sandwich had 1 single piece of bacon despite paying for extra bacon, hot chocolate was only 2/3 filled. 0/5 At least it was clean

All the staff here are professional and provide great service, except for one lady who consistently appears upset and unwelcoming. On my last visit, she left me standing alone at the counter without any explanation, until another kind and respectful staff member came to assist me. I hope this matter can be monitored to ensure a better experience for everyone.

I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru location on 2026-01-03 at approximately 11:30 PM.
I placed an order for a steeped tea at the drive-thru. When I reached the window, my child asked for a cookie, so I politely requested to add one cookie to my order. The employee working at the window told me that she could not add anything and that I would need to go back and place a new order.
When I calmly explained that adding a cookie should be simple, the employee became visibly angry. She shut the drive-thru window abruptly. When she reopened it, she was extremely rude, and almost threw the bag containing the cookie toward me.Sdidn’t say not thanks ot nothing but a sour face.
I then asked for her name. She initially refused to provide it. After asking again, she stated a name as Navnen Kaur, though I am unsure if this was her real name.
This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable—especially in front of a child. I understand that late shifts can be challenging, but that does not justify rude or aggressive behavior toward customers.
I am requesting that the manager of this location follow up on this matter, review the incident, and ensure that staff are properly trained in customer service. If an employee is struggling with late-night shifts, appropriate scheduling or supervision should be considered so other customers do not experience similar treatment.

We tried to stop here for lunch on our way through town, but after standing in a long line for 10 minutes inside, while the staff prioritized drive-thru patrons, I finally walked out. Not one customer served at the counter in that 10 minute span.

This Tim Hortons is not meant for dine in. The staff are focused on drive thru orders. Had to wait 20 minutes in line while no one is taking orders which has never happened at any other Tim Hortons location

Extremely poor customer service at the drive-thru. While placing my order, the employee repeatedly said “what” in a rude, dismissive tone.

When I got to the window, I politely asked for the two apple fritters to be placed in separate bags since one was for my friend. Instead of simply doing that, the same employee interrupted and snapped, “they didn’t ask,” and continued with an attitude, trying to argue over a very basic request.

This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. A simple customer request should not turn into an attitude problem. Customer service needs serious improvement at this location.

The worker had the worst attitude, told me to hurry up and order with the most distasteful attitude when I did not know by heart the variety of teas they had there. Also, I ordered 6 assorted donuts and they were the worst put together 6 donuts i have ever gotten from any Tim Hortons I’ve been to and there’s some pretty bad ones out there. 0/10, just a terrible experience
