I had a very disappointing experience at this location this morning, Sunday December 21, 2025 around 11:45 a.m., involving both the drive-thru staff and the manager.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, there was no sound at all. I waited for about a minute and repeatedly said “hello,” but received no response. Because I couldn’t hear anything, I drove forward to the window to let them know.

The drive-thru employee was rude and dismissive, offered no apology, and told me I would need to park at the front and wait for my order to be brought out. While I didn’t object to that, I’ve had experiences before where I was left waiting much longer when asked to do this, which defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru in the first place.

What made the situation worse was the interaction with the manager, who was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. There was no acknowledgment of the issue or apology. Instead, he implied that the problem was my fault, even though I clearly explained that I couldn’t hear anything at the speaker. I simply wanted my coffee and sandwich there was no reason for the situation to escalate.

When I asked to speak to the manager, he stated that he was the manager, which was shocking given his attitude and lack of professionalism. I visit this Tim Hortons regularly and have never had an experience this poor, especially from someone in a management position.

I am very disappointed with how this was handled and hope this situation is addressed, as customer service at this level is unacceptable.

They never have any lattes or teas. They also don't give any ice... claiming they BUY ice from another store. That's crazy considering Tim Hortons is a huge franchise that definitely has freezers.

I was informed that I could come in for a refund because my order was missing an item. However, when I arrived, they told me they couldn't issue the refund because they didn't have access to the necessary information. I was very upset, especially since I traveled a long distance. Gurtej, who had told me I could come in, turned out to be unreliable and misled me. The manager should have been responsible for her employees misinformation. However she was also unwilling to give me the refund. DO NOT COME TO THIS TIM HORTONS!!
