Hey Tim. What’s up with your coffee? The smell is way better than the taste. Taste like hot water. And what’s up with your lids? They leak when I’m walking. And the pull-up tab never works. I have to push down into my hot water. Every time I have your coffee it reminds me of why I go to McDonald’s. Time to really clean up your act. Shame on you. Have a nice day.

Worst service,three times I have told the person that I want helopeno bagel toasted with butter but three times he didn’t spread the butter on the bagel.I ordered chai tea double double but they gave me the coffee instead and I went 10minutes away and came back to change what I order sheneize(manager)didn’t even apologize and ask the staff to gave me the tea.shame on management who keep this kind of unprofessional staff.This is the reason why canada is going down due to unprofessional Ian and mistakes doing it at work place purposely.you should fire these kind of unprofessional people

I just visited your location and I got the wrong order. I ordered Nutella Latte but I got regular Latte instead. I spoke to one of the staff there and she went to confirm my order with the girl who took my order. She approached me and said that she heard a latte not a Nutella latte. Then she fixed it and put it on the counter and rolled her eyes and walked away. That's rude. You got my order wrong then you argued then you rolled your eyes on me?!!. Customer service should be better than that and also you need to pay attention to customers orders. Don't be rude when someone kindly asks you to fix your mistake. If you don't like your job, look for another one PERIOD.Thank you.
They don’t put fresh donuts in boxes. The Indian Tamil woman at the window will rush you at the window to get their 21 second drive thru time. This woman at the window never confirms customer orders.
