I see a bunch of employees this morning at this location,but why they can't serve properly inside the store,if they can serve well and fast to the drive-thru they should also serve fast and well inside the store I've seen lots of customers upset including myself because one of the stuff told me that the other cash register machine is not working and the worst is most of us came to our work very late because we wait to grab our food for almost an hour.

This store is 24/7 . Means what? Do they need to have everything? or just coffee? I placed an order at 1AM , when I get to store that said thay only have coffee, no food , no donuts . And the app charged me before arriving. Store couldn't cancel the order or modify it and also I can't cancel or modify it through the app. What happened to TIM Hortons, I just want to say to those people who want to order at night just order coffee they don't have anything else. My order number: 9624 Mar 2, 1:15 AM .now I have to email TIM Hortons to get my money back which I wanted my order not my money back. Please fix the app and

Tim Hortons always hits the spot especially on long drive so we stopped in to grab some food and we even got an extra croissant ! It must be our lucky day ! All of the workers were working super fast and efficient and were very friendly !

I had a really poor experience today at this location. I went to grab coffee and donuts with my mom through the drive through, and we were handed our items when my mom requested a sleeve for her coffee, and I had requested a straw after to which the lady audibly went âOh, my God!â in an extremely rude way as she shut the drive through window. She then raised her voice at my mom telling her she was parked too far from the window, and complained that she had to stretch her arm out the window. Very dramatic and rude for no reason. To top it off, as we drove away, I noticed there was a hair in the icing of my donut (pictured), and at that point we drove back to complain in person. If I knew her name, I would have put it in this review, but she didnât have a nametag, or at least it was covered by her jacket. I understand that sometimes customers can be a bit of a pain, as I also work in customer service, but this was uncalled for as we were kind and respectful. I find this location to have poor cleanliness, and I am turned off from coming here.
