I ordered a Tim Horton Barbie drink the promotion was in $2 anise.They girl took my phone scan it give back but I realize I was charged full price $5.50 not only was a charge full price but she never scan because when I took the phone back it was swipe another page.This is my go to Tim Horton everyday I purchase here but this the first I saw this staff and the drink is too damn sweet not something to purchase u less you want diabetes.But why I got upset is the promise of $2 .I am not one to argue so I just left this was Sunday 17th after 2pm

Just visited this location today with two of my employees.
Ordered our usual order that I do every day for many years since we go to Tim Hortons every day after lunch.
Besides that my order was mixed up, workers blamed me that I ordered wrong. Eventhough I do the same order every day and my employees heard me ordering right. Also ordering on drive through was difficult because Tim Hortons was chatting at the same time with the coworker while taking my order, and on top of it with the very heavy accent. Was very difficult to understand. Then when I approached the window and saw the order wrong.
Worker blamed me and started being rude and yelling at me and other worker talking at the same time and being rude!
Very unprofessional service and rude!
Never seen something like that. Then made me pay extra 20 cents for coffee being medium and slammed window shut right in my face.
Very unprofessional staff!
Shouldn't work in customer service industry period!
