Bad service! They come several times doing what they want and when applying the coupon we don't get the discount! I told the person working on shift on September 28th at 10:05am that we had the quota activated for a $3 coffee and we were being charged double for each coffee (each of us having the coupon on our app). The truth is it's in bad taste how these people serve you and even rush you to leave the place without serving you well. For the same price it's preferable to go to Starbucks and the quality of service is much better.

I stopped by Tim Hortons late at night and was really impressed with the service from Ruby. Even though it was the night shift, she was cheerful, patient, and very attentive. She prepared my order quickly and with care, and her positive attitude made the late-night stop so much better. It’s not easy working nights, but Ruby goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Truly appreciated!
