I went to this Tim’s last night after leaving the hospital with my daughter, I ordered 10 Tibit for my daughter and she literally handled the money handled so many things and went in with her beer hands to pack my daughter her tim bits , Apart from This incident a lot of the workers have such bad customer service. They like to rush you when you drive away five out of 10 times your order is not correct or if you order anything that requires me to give you Little to nothing I won’t forget a time I was checking my order. The lady told me to move. She didn’t even give me back the correct change.

Horrible service. Incompetent workers. Sat at the drive thru speaker for almost 4/5 minutes before someone actually responded! For two Chipotle wraps I wasted 40 minutes!! from waiting at the drive through, to having to wait for them to make chicken for the wraps. They should've made me aware of this when I was ordering. Or, at least before I paid so I could decide if i can wait or not. Not after I already paid at the window!!! Making me late an important function! RIDICULOUS!!!
