Yesterday night I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small soup (comes with bread) and a coffee, and when I receive my order there was no napkins or butter. Instead my piece of bread was placed on top of my soup which got wet and soggy 🤢. I don't understand why they can't place the bread in another piece of bag or put napkins in between to separate the two. I worked in hospitality and this is nothing new this mistake should have never been done, but this is not the first time which leads me to believe there's no training within the new employment. This is basic customer service and I just know the quality of service has gone down tremendously. I have had to return food back at this specific location a few times already, but I didn't think that this issue would happen. FYI the chicken soup tastes different..... I'm a Caribbean girl and I like spices but it just tastes off.

I go here several times a week. Always getting my Red Eye Iced Capp fix. Service is very fast even when there are lots of cars lined up. Staff is swift and friendly always trying to be speedy with every order.

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Vidhi Pate for her outstanding customer service. Vidhi was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Her warm smile and positive attitude really made my day.

The coffee, as always, was fresh and perfectly brewed, and the donuts were just the right balance of sweet and soft. I also appreciate the quick service, even during busy hours. The team at this location works efficiently, and Vidhi's excellent service really stood out.

Came here for breakfast, got served decent food compared to other branches however the staff and other customers have no respect, my mom got yelled at for not understanding accents and some other customer swore, teach people respect even in a small location.

I was there this morning going threw the drive thru ordered 3 large ice caps when I got to the window I gave the girl a 20 dollar bill it was a older one the girl at the window said she can't eccept it i ask why and she said they don't take the old ones but i told her it was a legal tender and she said orders from head office i can't believe they don't take old bills i will never go back to that place .
