I’m allergic to eggs. Asked for no egg and add sausage to farmers breakfast. They charged me for the sausage and didn’t include it. They also included the egg. Had to throw the whole thing out and don’t have time to go back in.

This Tim Hortons is conveniently located near my workplace and usually offers good food, generous portions, and enjoyable drinks. Service can occasionally be a bit slow, but overall the in-store experience has been positive.

I was disappointed at my interaction at this tim hortons. I asked for a garden veggie and they said they don’t serve it at this location. Then I asked them if I can just make my own sandwich with diced cucumbers and tomatoes and I was told I can't have that on my sandwich. So, I'm confused because I go to tim hortons almost 5 times a day and rejecting a request that seems very reasonable and not knowing the menu was concerning. I respectfully told the guy I'll go to another tim hortons but I would say customer service needs some tuning or menu training.
The customer service at drive is the worst that one can imagine. The employee had such an unprofessional face and no reaction at all when serving the customers.
