This is a good location but only when one certain employee works he closes it for 2hts a night we'll he mops and let's floor dry....all the other employees do it and still stay open but thisnone guy won't serve anything well he cleans he says no service during those hours...so it's notn24hrs then

This is a busy place. Despite the double doors, it feels very cold. The doughnuts were not fresh (around 2 - 2:30P), and the washroom was a disaster. It is filthy. It accommodates only one person, which is not enough given the amount of people that stop by. The sink was black, it could use some renovation.

Staff is very friendly and well mannered. I'm in here every day. I get helped the most by DJ and Shruti they give quality service in a timely fashion and its always nice to see them when i come in. Most of the time they already know what I want before I even say hello.

Recently, the taste and quality of Tim Hortons coffee has declined almost everywhere in Toronto, But this branch with Bhiava and his night shift team is great, their coffee's size of cream and sugar are optimum and delicious, Im driving here for 6 7 8km sometimes..

Good service but the 4 cheses twist was not fresh at all and had a weird taste. It was purchased via drive through so I did not wanted to go back to complain about the quality of the pastry.
