I usually don't go out that much but this time since I was meeting someone for first time, she asked to meet in in a cafe & we chose this place becasue it's very close to my home. I used to love Tim Horton's coffee & donuts as well as service & cleanness BUT this time, nothing was the same. Coffe was not as good, Sandwich was not as good & restaurant was not even clean as a fast food. Unfortuntely as Value is going up, Quality is coming down.

Leaving a review is futile for Tim Hortons given the lack of competition. This place sucks. The service is terrible the communication is terrible the place is dirty. But what does it matter, competition is few and far between. There has to be a middle ground between $2 coffee and $7 Starbucks. Sigh.

Come here quite often. Today came in and ordered 2 different bagels. Got my order nearly 15 minutes later only to not have my order. One of the cashiers said I should take what I get since they dont have what I want..... huh? So why place an order if you think I should take whatever you can give me? Don't know if it was a bad morning.... but I wasnt happy with the service
