I usually order an ice cap and everytime I do, it takes 10 mins, which is ridiculous. Doesn’t help that they focus on the drive thru more than the actual people inside. What a waste of time.

My experience was horrible. When do they not except old $10 bills? It's canadian money. She refused to take it as if she was the manager. Didn't even explain professionally just refused us aswell as giving me attitude. To top it off our coffees were not properly made what we asked for. This was after we gave her a recent $10 bill. This is nonsense.

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered the habanero chicken. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include the chicken in my order. I had to drive back to have it corrected, and unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with, named Fatima, showed a lack of customer service. Her attitude was unprofessional, and it added to my frustration with the experience.

The urinal in the men's room has been missing over 4 years since 2020 and is in great need, with 1 cubical . Very inconvenient and I have requested it several times. The reason is. The public is who damage it.
Wheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot to the building is a ramp also drive thru.

Had to repeat order 3 times at drive thru and then when got to the window received attitude from staff. Poor customer service was made worse by the fact that we did not receive what we ordered. Instead of two cold brew coffees we received iced coffees , but paid the price for the cold brew.
If you don’t have cold brew available say so, don’t charge for something you don’t have.
Find another location - there are so many to get your coffee. Won’t be going back.
The AM shift bagel spreader at this location would have a better career scooping ice cream. Beware!!

The staff isn't friendly(July 1st, 2024 evening time) I've been going here for over a year now and I'm shocked that I wasn't greeted, or acknowledged within 5 minutes and stood there as they cleaned and chatted amongst each other I assume one lady was preparing the order for Uber she looked at me and kept chatting and no other staff approached the cash to take my order and the kibe started growing. Finally a girl from drive-thru came and I said to her isn't anyone working on cash? She answered she's from drive thru? I've never been ignored at a Tim Hortons in my life. This location needs a friendlier vibe. Very disappointed 😞
