The turbaned Sikh gentleman in the morning shift has somewhere between zero and zilch customer service skills. He was working the drive thru window around 6am on September 22, 2025 and he is completely silent when you approach him, while you pay, while he gives you your order. No hello, no asking how I’ll pay or the amount of the order, no here you are, no bye. Literal SILENCE but he has no problem talking to his coworkers in both English and Punjabi (I overheard conversations). The owner needs to go through the drive thru by himself to experience such blatant disregard for customers.

Cannot get served through the drive-thru every morning!! Go anywhere else for if you start work prior to 4am because the staff here will just ignore you and pretend like this place is closed (it is not). They also turn off the menu screen on the order speaker so you do not bother them.

they labeled my sausage farmer wrap as bacon, and labelled my bacon farmer wrap as sausage. 15 minutes later and my stomach hurts now. dont get the farmers wrap, get breakfast on an english muffin. thanks timothy horton.
During my visit to this location, I was greeted by Salmon, who is always friendly, attentive and passionate for what he does. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and variety of food and beverage available. Although it can get busy, I was served quickly and received my items to perfection. The coffee was hot and fresh and my food items were made fresh to order. I always have an excellent experience at this location and I would highly recommend it. I am looking forward to returning and trying something different from their menu. Thank you.
