Honestly, if I could, I would give it a negative rating. Gone two days in a row as I’m working in the area. Both days they messed up my order. Today I asked for a plain bagel, double toasted with butter, barely any butter first of all definitely not double toasted but definitely thrown in the microwave so it tastes like Styrofoam. Definitely would not suggest this location. Starting to become all locations.

I bought a breakfast combo and bagels at this location and it was the worst taste ever, the bagels were hard like they were baked since last week the coffee tasted like the soap they cleaned the pots with . I called the location to reported what I got the person who I spoke to said is the managers who told them to keep the bake products for the next day. This is very disgusting and public health needs to investigate this location.

Just went in to buy coffee and half dozen donut and I dont understand why this store r so different to any other store usually half a dozen donut comes to atleast 2-3 special donuts but i’’m only requesting1 special donut but the lady said to me specifically that THIS STORE IS STRICT WHEN IT COMES TO THAT! But the FACT that its supposed to come with special donuts atleast. But this location wont hesitate to give at least 1.

Theirs a lady who cash out at the drive tru by the name of Suba who said she is the manager she has no customer service experience and is very rude to customers she don’t even know how to speak English properly. This bad impact on your business because of her rude behaviour I will never encourage anyone to go at this Tim Hortons .

I regularly place my order 10min in advance through the mobil app before going to a location for a quick pick up. Now they make you wait an additional 20 minutes in a parking lot that not only wastes time but proves that this location is incompetent in providing a fast food service.

There are some rude ladies in the drive thru. They barely understand English and they get mad at me when I tell them that they got my order wrong even though I repeat what I want 4x. There's this one indian lady she was working morning shift today September 30, 2025 that gave me dirty looks and didn't say a word when she was handing me my order(has bad teeth). No customer service skills at all and there's another one that usually works days and she's also indian and wears glasses she has the same attitude problem. I was going to this place for 7 months and I'm not going back after today. They are the worst I've ever ever seen. Would not recommend going here.
