I had a problem as i was reading through some reviews i saw some with same issue there are flies in the food section like i dont t take away from the food foods good but whats my problem is that there are flies in snack section where most the sweets are but not only that most of the time stuff runs out and they dont refill for a day or two

I had an awful experience at this Tim Hortons. I went there for an iced cappuccino, and while finishing it, I noticed a fly was enjoying it with me. This is absolutely unacceptable. If these are the standards you're operating by, it's time to shut down.

I went to get an iced coffee and a donut here. On the app, I had an offer for $1 iced coffee, so I went to order a large vanilla iced coffee. When I scanned my offer, it didn’t go through so I asked the lady taking my order about it and she let me know that it only applied for regular iced coffee. Alright, that’s my bad, I asked to replace it with the regular iced coffee. She proceeds to point to her coworker behind her and said “he already made your drink so just take it and use your offer tomorrow.” ??? I didn’t want to start anything because someone was waiting behind me so I just said fine ok and went to pay with gift card. I know card machines can be a bit sensitive with the speed you swipe with and I guess I swiped it too quick so it declined like two-three times. Then the lady said that my card was invalid and to use something else. I let her know that I’ve used the card before and there are still funds left. I swiped it one more time and it went through.

I know it’s a fast food place and it’s not the end of the world but I don’t get why she said I had to take the vanilla iced coffee. Do people never change their minds in line? People add/swap/change their order before they pay all the time, I don’t get why I wasn’t allowed to change my order because her coworker couldn’t wait another 2 seconds for me to finish ordering/paying. If I knew I was paying full price then I wouldn’t have ordered it at all. I can acknowledge that I made a mistake but it’s absurd that I wasn’t allowed to fix my mistake/change my order because the worker decided to make the drink halfway through ordering.

Went to order lunch a crispy chicken sandwich a little piece of chicken. I should've of ordered bread only and to add expensive for what they give you. The employees have a time frame to serve there customers. I totally disagree it should be more the presentation of the food not rushing and putting together a sloppy sandwich.
