I ordered 10 minutes before arriving using the app. When I got to the store, I still had to wait in line because employees were ignoring my mobile order. When it was finally my turn, the employee told me there was no steeped tea available, even though the order was already paid through the app. I told her that any tea would be fine, and another employee prepared the drink. After leaving the store and taking my first sip, I noticed the drink was not even hot and completely tasteless. This is not the first time this has happened. Two days earlier, I paid for a bagel with extra egg protein, and I was told there were no bagels available. Instead, I was given a classic chicken wrap, which is cheaper than what I paid for. At this point, it honestly feels personal. Please check my app history... I was ordering daily because I genuinely loved your food and hot drinks. But after repeated bad experiences, I’ll have to switch to Starbucks unless something changes. This level of service is unacceptable, and employees need to be properly trained to prepare orders correctly and respect mobile purchases. I’m very upset and disappointed.

The girl working at cash counter on Monday around 2:40. She is very rude to customers. She is too arrogant shows lot of attitude to customers. I visited thisTim Horton first and last time. More over i order 10 Tim bits only honey dip and chocolate glazed. You can check photo what she did. I rarely add review but this time i was very disappointed.
