The service and speed at this establishment is one of the slowest.I have ever experienced coming into a tim Hortons. I've never waited so long for a tea in my entire life. Quite frankly, this is poorly managed and poorly run. None of the workers at this establishment seem to want to make any food, no one seems to want to take the lead in any sense.

I had a really positive experience at the Tim Hortons at 3685 Keel Street. What stood out the most was how friendly and approachable the baristas were. I ordered a steeped tea, and since it was free using my points on the app, the barista kindly suggested I go for the large size because it wouldn’t cost anything extra. That small suggestion made a big difference and honestly felt very thoughtful.
I really liked how the barista took the initiative to explain this instead of just processing the order quickly. That kind of approach shows great customer care and reflects well on Tim Hortons as a brand. Moments like this make you feel welcome and valued, not rushed.
If Tim Hortons baristas consistently had this kind of attitude, I truly believe overall brand awareness and customer loyalty would be even stronger. Great service, friendly staff, and a nice experience overall.

I am regular customer ın tım Hortons. I used to go daıly for havıng a cup of tea. One of the beautıful and respected lady kajl she always serve me ın polite manner with sleeve. I also saw her customer service ıs soo good wıth another people also.ı love her way.

Terrible service. I ordered from uber eats the day before, they miss part of the order, waited on the phone for 20 min listening to all the staff fighting about it, then a guy yelled at me on the phone reading the wrong invoice, he did not even want to listen to my name and the order I placed.

Unfortunately we had put an order a month in advance. I showed up and was accused of ordering it minutes before. The confirmation read 5:30 and i showed up at 5:50 as a courtesy and had to wait 1 and half hour after it was supposed to be ready.
