Food and beverages are standard as it gets. The only difference between this location from the others. Is that the employees maintain a friendly environment. Sure there might be line-up that's unavoidable but having a hospitable customer service makes a huge difference. As a regular I'm always greeted with a smile and a familiar "how are you?" Making me feel welcomed, despite it's overcrowded.

Placed an order for an espresso shot in a iced coffee cup, the person taking my order said “they cannot sell me a espresso shot in an ice coffee cup and she doesn’t know why” and also charged me extra $$ for a paper cup as well, common on Timmies its was a simple order not a rocket science. Do better !
