This Chinese lady on other review is extremely rude. She took wrong order(I ordered one sausage, bacon sandwich) but gave me two sausage so I asked her if this is one bacon and one sausage then she started to talking to herself and raising her voice saying two sandwich two sandwich!! Didnt even solve the problem and express her anger. This place is not professional at all and scam. I dont get what I order is totally wrong and not even trying to get it fixed and make customer feel uncomfortable and try to get away with it? This place has to give her a training or fire her.

I ordered a simple coffee with cream, and with nobody else in line the lady poured it and put the lid on right in front of me and refused to pass me the coffee instead putting it on the other side of the counter at the official pickup place where it was more crowded with waiting customers. Nobody in line, she could have easily passed me the coffee but refused and told me I have to walk around. Unnecessarily rude and belittling.

worst iced coffee from Tims ever. Taste terribly bitter and tart even ask for extra cream and sugar. Never got any problem like this from other Tims. Don't know what happened to the machine or beans.

Beyond pathetic place. The chinese lady at the bagel station needs to improve her behaviour.
I just asked her to change the gloves before making the bagel showed me i don’t know what kind of attitude and said i cannot do it.
For me - it’s my holy month and i saw her cutting the chicken with that knife that’s why i asked.
Then i asked for the refund and guess what she denied. she is the supervisor or whatsoever she said i am busy can’t do it.
I left with no bagel and i paid. Also, how is this possible that there is no supervisor or manager present?
I have no words to express how i felt there.
To that lady - if you can’t work simply can leave the job. Atleast have some decency and ethics. You are in customer service. Respect that at-least you have a job.
Manager or GM’s please take some necessary steps.

The Asian older lady who works there it’s soo rude . She was yelling at us and implying she had call us to pick up our order when we were just right there . She was yelling to remove it quickly and we picked up she was calling rude to us.
I don’t understand who people who work in customer service can be rude.

It was a hot early morning, and I wanted an iced coffee to cool me down and energize me before a big day. An employee was acting rude to me by saying that my facial expressions and manners were sarcastic. All I said was good morning, my order and thank you. I explained that my resting face is naturally like that and apologized, but he said I have to “work on it”. I can’t control how I look and I find that quite hurtful because no one wants to wrongfully accused of acting rude.

I go to this Tim Horton's almost every work day and have noticed a change in their service, for the worse, unfortunately. I was there yesterday, around 10:15am. The line-up for service stretched from the counter, halfway down the Loblaws store...a good 20-30 people waiting. There was ONE employee serving customers and ONE employee on the hot food. There was a third employee but they seemed to feel that this was an appropriate time to rotate through their breaks. Waited 25 minutes in that line, to get to the counter to see that the shelves of donuts and muffins were practically empty...

Not a good look.

07.18.25 at 1:37 pm. Service was fine at the register with the other rep, I put my things in my bag and wanted some more tissue so I went over to the side to grab some. I didnt see any available and I saw a roll of paper on a paper towel rack, ON the counter where normally people would be passed their food. On full display for anyone to grab and this older Asian woman was so rude and she said thats not for you! With attitude, and raised her voice. Like hello. I dont work here i just see it on display I need a kneelex maybe you shouldnt have it out for people to grab. I didnt have to reach over the counter, it was ON TOP of the counter. check your schedule for that time, that worker needs to be spoken too. You dont speak to customers like that. You can keep that tone for your family.

The staff are very rude. I was not given a sleeve when I asked for it (by a Filipino male)!!! I live in the area and can say with certainty this is the worst Tim Hortons shop in the area. I actively avoid this location now.

There’s flies flying around the coffee machine, they need to think about the cleanliness and hygiene at this branch. The screen on the till was not working and it won’t show my order or how much I will be paying. Staff were not happy that they were receiving cash. They also didn’t ask whether I wanted hashbrown or donut in my combo.
