The guy who took my order today was rude. The tone of his voice could be more respectful. Not just to me, also to the 2 teens before me.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience deserves to be called out. The customer service representative I spoke with “JEFFERY” was incredibly rude and had zero sense of professionalism or basic manners. Instead of being helpful, he was dismissive, interrupted constantly, and spoke in a condescending tone as if I was bothering them by ordering here. It felt like they had no training in customer interaction and absolutely no interest.
If this is how the company trains its staff, it seriously needs to re-evaluate its standards.
Extremely disappointed. I’ll think twice before using this service again. Also this is a common complaint by everyone who is visiting here so i do expect owner to look into it before things escalate to franchise
I know Tims isn't the place to expect great customer service but I wasn't expecting it can't deliver the bare minimum either. The manager was rude to the person in front of me and even called that person stupid in just because they waited on the right side when they should've waited on the side where the sandwiches were served. I told him not everyone would know that but he just dismissed that and acted rudely to me. As a manager, he should set a good example to his staff but seeing the manager is already rude and doesn't have basic customer service? I won't be expecting any from his staff either.
I have got a worst experience today.
There was a Philippine male server who was rude with me for no reason as I was asking for to use my reward points.
It was unacceptable and I am not going to that Tim Hortons anymore will not recommend to my kids to go there after school.
I believe higher authority will take action on this matter urgently.
That’s my first time bad experience from the Tim Hortons.
Worst customer service! Please do not go there if you want to start your day on a positive note. Me and my colleague went there for coffee and breakfast before work and the lady was so rude!!! Yelling and making faces. I do not appreciate this type of customer service. No wonder the rating is low!
Rude staff and extremely poor customer service

This review is solely for URVASHI .She is the best I would say .I always go for my coffee at this place .She always greets with smile and made sure that I get the best service .She never rushed while serving .Thanks URVASHI for all that you do !
Stopped by the Tim Hortons in Loblaws inside the Empress Walk earlier. The person in front of me was served..but when it came time to serve me the rep decided it's then she would change out the coffee machines . She turned and looked at me and continued on. Not even an acknowledgement or anything.. Her coworker was hanging around outside of the counter and nothing!
It's as if I wasn't there ....??♀️
I left, because I'm not paying my money to be ignored. ..
Why work in customer service if ,you have no customer service skills??!!???
I love Tim Hortons but now dislike that Empress Walk ( inside Loblaws) location.

Genuinely think the man that works there is crazy and needs serious help. Not sure if he's the owner but he claims to be. In my 35 years of living in this neighbourhood, I have never experiences such horrible customer service. I asked the guy for almond milk and he said "this is a small Tim Hortons. We don't all have that privilege". I just laughed it off as if he was joking but he kept a straight face. Then I asked for espresso cold foam and he's like "trust me if I could have these things at my location I would. But like I said this is a small location." Then he goes, "I want privilege too. You think I don't want to take my kids on an expensive vacation? I do. But I can't".....I'm sorry what?! I was so lost! Guy starts talking about random things like not being able to take his kids on vacation because I asked for cold foam? Such a sad fact that they're even letting a maniac run a franchise. It's just sad.

They (Korean lady) overcharged me for my order and failed to offer a solution to rectify the issue. Their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional, especially the Philippines man, very rude and disrespected. They even denied receiving my order, which is highly unethical. I will never return to this store.

The server Filipino man has the worst attitude in that whole store. Today Sept 13, 2024 at noon, when his coworker was serving some teenager clients who were not paying attention and chatting around themselves, this Filipino male sever said it out two times, loud in the public, to tell his coworker "save some energy", implying she should stop severing those teenager clients.
This was really unprofessional and rude in a way that you saying out loud to tell your coworker you should save some energy by ignoring some clients, definitely unprofessional, mean and kind of age racist.
When it came to my turn, the cashier monitor was not working, he did not even bother to tell me how much my order was until I asked, and gave me enough attitude to show he was annoyed by that.
This is not the first time I noticed incidents with this staff as I worked across the street and came to this location very often, but I think I might choose to walk down to another location which is a bit further to avoid coming to this location again.
As a client, no one would appreciate this kind of customer service and if he hates his job that much, he should consider either get another job without the need to face or talk to people or do not work during any rush hour shift, or should learn how to keep his feelings towards customers to himself instead of showing it out to clients.
