Some staff at the front counter need to learn people skills and customer service skills, some of the female crew members have a serious attitude problem.
Front counter when not busy is not attended to sometimes it takes 15 minutes for someone to notice theres a customer.
Oh and they always start to close at 6 and are fully closed by 7 or 8 pm
It seems the night staff hate being up near the front. You can see them always just hiding beside the drive thru window in the corner behind the wall on their phones or chatting and ignoring the people lining up at cash. Even if you make yourself known to be in line waiting they still ignore you.. this is the third time I’ve walked away from this Tims and I won’t be back.
