Newly renovated. Nice and bright. Attached to the gas station. Both the line inside and the drive thru is run very efficiently. Well done.

I was just here and ordered $30 worth of stuff and while I was waiting for my flatbreads which took some time, I asked for everything seasoning and the Filipino worker was angry with me as I didn’t ask them to do in advance and then she told a brown coworker to explain that to me in our regional language while I was listening to their conversation.
There are many reviews related to the same person and I don’t know why there isn’t any action towards it or maybe the standards are low at this location.

On September 27, 2025, the guy was working around seven. He cleaned and used the same gloves on the surface, which was really disgusting. Is Tim Hortons going to do something? Absolutely not, because the people in the office don’t care. Disgusting.

No service. Sold me 4 donuts for $7.10 and didn't even tell me that for 69 cents more I could get 2 more donuts. When I asked to pay the extra 69 cents, she just refused because I already had 4 donuts.
And she put those donuts in a bag next to each other. Terrible service.

I was a die hard tim hortons fan but it has gone completely downhill. I stood at the cash for 5 minutes while the 2 employees behind the counter completely ignored me. The last 2 times I went they got my orders wrong. It will be a long time before I visit a tim hortons again.

I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue with my Tim Hortons orders placed through DoorDash. Unfortunately, my order has been missing or incomplete twice now, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I expect reliable service when placing an order, and this ongoing problem has really affected my experience. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and resolved properly. I would also like to request a refund or credit for the inconvenience
