Today I went thru the drive thru, ordered a everything croissant with both sausage and bacon and donuts and muffins and cookiesDid not get my breakfast sandwich I ordered!! When I called the clerk told me she gave me the right sandwich, I got a ordinary breakfast sandwich on an English muffin !! She insisted I’m wrong I need to come back to prove it!! Now I have no breakfast , I have am working and cannot go back till after 10 am.

Nobody checks the mobile orders in this tims. No matter how far you order it in advance, they will only notice that there is a mobile order when you remind or ask them about it which is very frustrating if you are in a rush. They also clean their coffee/ice capp maker in the middle of the day that will make you wait another 20 mins to get your order, then you get a very watery Ice capp after all the wait. Very dissapointing.
