i wish i could give zero star ! the girl took my order super rude even i was really nice to her ! if you not happy sit at home!

Very disappointed with the cleanliness at this Tim Hortons. The washroom was dirty, there was no soap, and the toilet seat was damaged. This is not what I expect from Tim Hortons. The staff should pay more attention to hygiene and maintenance — it’s especially important in a place that serves food.

Bad experience with one one customer service, I ask for two beverages and she just bring me one, I ask to clarify but she doesn't want to admit her error

It was a really hectic at this Tim’s. Staff were nice but disorganized. We waited several minutes to order even though there was only one person ahead of us — partly because the staff let random people jump the queue which kept us waiting longer.

Some employees stand out for their upbeat and courteous attitude, even when multitasking under pressure; the coffee and other items are always fresh and taste good also there customers service is the best. Never faced any disappointment from the employees as well.
