What is the point of a drive through if every time you go here you’re asked to park? I’ve been asked to park several times and forgotten about several times. There is no system like other restaurants for this so you park in a random spot and they can’t find you. Terrible service so they can make their “timer”. Corporate and owner needs to fix this ASAP.

My experience at Tim Hortons last night was very disappointing because of the service I received from short lady working, I guess her name was nisha. When I politely asked about my coffee taking a long time, she responded rudely, saying, “I can take as much time as I want.” She also mentioned she was working alone, but that doesn’t justify the attitude or the slow service.
I was also concerned about her hygiene — she handled food without gloves, wasn’t wearing a hairnet or cap. Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and I’ll be avoiding this store future.
Took 15 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese I paid for extra cream cheese. Didn’t even get that if you’re in the drive-through they definitely cater to them first because the drive-through drinks and food we’re just going out of the window so fast and there was just a lineup of us waiting inside. Terrible service will never come back. Definitely will be making my own. I don’t know who the manager is, but she really didn’t do anything except for make coffees for the drive-through.

Last night, I came to drive thru for chocolate crriosant. There was a girl at the window served me very nicely with smile. Moreover, it was so fresh. Most recommended if you want fresh chocolate crriosant special on Monday, Tuesday .
