Ordered 2 ice capps and a hashbrown through the drive thru, took around 15 mins to come out since they had us wait in the parking lot for it. We ended up walking inside to get our order. This place has always had the worst customer service, whatever renovations they did, it's still the worst Tim Hortons we've ever been to. Turns out our order was sitting on the side, the hashbrown was no longer warm and the ice capps were melted.
All staff are very friendly
After seeing people use the washroom at this location and walk out without washing their hands, I felt absolutely disgusted. That was the last time I’ll be visiting this store—or any Tim Hortons, for that matter. It’s the same story every time: no hygiene, just spreading germs everywhere. Enough is enough.

every night i ordered in this store is like they are working as amateurs!! and they always shouting like come on the window knowing they have line up in the window, please improve and train them, i think they are 2 people on the shift they have to do teamwork!! it happens today october 22, 2024 11:30pm. DRIVE THRU.

The staff named Nisha was being disrespectful. When I purchased my order of a cold beverage, as soon as I tapped my credit card, she shouted: "Next customer!". The payment hadn't done processing and I was still there yet she was so in a hurry to serve the next. I have been living in the area for a few years and today was the first time I got such a terrible experience at this place. Thanks for ruining my weekends.
