Whoever is serving today , please wake up , I asked for stepped tea not coffee and asked for triple triple and it has no sugar in it …please serve it correctly. Thank you .

The employee who was working on Canada Day at 8:45am needs better training. When ordering an iced coffee with sugar and no cream, she repeated my order saying black iced coffee. After saying i wanted sugar in my drink and not black iced coffee, she rudely corrected me and said that’s what black coffee is. As far as I know black coffee is universally understood as without cream, sugar and any other additives.
Not that big of a deal but clearly annoying to deal with and could easily be prevented by having employees that work in a coffee shop to know what black coffee is.

This is the worst Tim hortons I have been to.. I too used to work at Tim’s but we were never rude to customers. Very calm and patient but here they have community of group from same country speaking same language and getting rude to customers. My friend too experienced the same thing we noticed that they are good with same community people not to others. We pay for our food isn’t it our right to get it in proper way. And they are throwing the products while giving to us that’s not fair. I even asked for receipt they were talking on their own. Would not recommend here and I hope the head office comes and see what’s going on.

WASP is all over, could bring bacteria and other thing on the product. Flying wasp are landing on the donut and other fast food products. Very unsanitary and health hazard. This is tim Horton in Bathurst Street and Drewry.

the old lady been working there for the past years and why havent she fired yet? shes been getting these crazy bad reviews about her and you guys arent responsible for it. everytime i go out with my friends or stopping by finch station just to get my iced coffee, shes been taking my order incorrectly and being so rude to me, just like what happened today AGAIN with my sister. my sister was just trying to order our iced coffee but she still didn’t give us the right order or never “sorry what was your order again?” she just there trying to figure out and ignore the fact that we want the actual order. in additional to that, she even yelled at us because my sisters card wasnt working. yes i know we did something wrong but it doesnt change the fact that she was yelling at us while letting us try again. in my opinion: she was being slow for making foods, slow at taking orders, and neglecting other peoples order. so why hasnt she fired yet? when she doesnt have the right to be rude to other people or neglecting other peoples order.
