May 1 2025 @ around 5pm, I bought this cookie and coffee here, looks dirty not presentable. Let's be more passionate on our work. This kind of employees are very frustrating. I hope the Manager in this location read all this concerns.

Staffs were pleasant, polite, and quickly processed orders in this subway busy location. This is conveniently located in finch subway station that accomodates a lot of customers everyday. No issue with order taking especially dealing with a lot of personalities and temperaments.

i got a lot of stuff from here and one of them was an iced coffee… i wanted no ice on the coffee and a cup of ice also and the staff EVELYNN said they don’t have much ice and i said “you’re literally gonna put the ice that ur gonna put to the iced coffee to the cup, there’s no extra ice” she then started saying they dont have enough cups! i was ready to pay for a cup but then she said they dont have ice again… Evelynn you need to go girl cuz next time i see you there and same thing happens, im not letting it go!!!

Only good thing is convenience of the place. Otherwise there are soooo many flies in the place. I only get coffee and never get any food because its not covered and there are flies everywhere.

I asked her for oreo double stuff and she just put some oreo on top, when I said is this oreo double she said if you want barti you have to pay extra.

I was waiting on the line but the other customer who was friendly with the server skipped the line and got the drink first. So 1 star for service.

For the past 3 days, the staff at this Tim Hortons have been saying the Ice Capp machine is broken — even though I’ve clearly seen it working and being used for some people. In this hot weather, people wait in line for 20 minutes, only to be told at the end that it’s “not working.” This is neither professional nor respectful. Why is no one from management addressing this? We expect better from Tim Hortons.

Whoever is serving today , please wake up , I asked for stepped tea not coffee and asked for triple triple and it has no sugar in it …please serve it correctly.

Only good thing about this Tims is it’s convenience.
The employee who was working on Canada Day at 8:45am needs better training. When ordering an iced coffee with sugar and no cream, she repeated my order saying black iced coffee. After saying i wanted sugar in my drink and not black iced coffee, she rudely corrected me and said that’s what black coffee is. As far as I know black coffee is universally understood as without cream, sugar and any other additives.
Not that big of a deal but clearly annoying to deal with and could easily be prevented by having employees that work in a coffee shop to know what black coffee is.
The team members are very rude . They always make angry face . Whenever me and my friends ask for less ice they put more ice . Very bad service .
