When I first went to the store to ask my Too Good Too Go order, an older woman said she didn't know how to make it and told me to go to another store to ask. But after I asked, the other two stores said they hadn't received the order. I showed them Google Maps and they both said it was the store I asked the first time. Then when I went back to ask her, she was disgusted and impatiently drove me away.

This is my 1st review ever i never leave review anywhere but Omg why the staff are so frustrated in the morning alwaysAs a person working near tims i always get my 1st coffee in the morning from this place today i ordered one plain croissant and double double i requested to heat it up they just threw my food cold in the counterI have seen them behaving in very bad manner with other customers too please teach your employees about customer service. :(This is so unacceptable especially in the morning time it feels like your whole day is going to be bad after receiving this kinda service.

I had terrible experience earlier, I witnessed a team member being treated disrespectfully by a fellow employee, and her name I think was Linda or something like Nilda. This is very unprofessional, insolent, and she does not have a right to curse someone. It doesn’t matter if it was a customer or especially if someone in their team, the person who I believe was a team member was just asking for help. Please take actions right now and give her consequences!!

I ordered a blackberry quenchers and the employee put 3/4 percent ice in my cup and 1/4 liquid the drink finished in less than 2 minutes I need the rest of my drink

I’m writing this on 15th Feb Morning 9 a.mI ordered a small French vanilla with sweetener and a jalapeno. There was a lady with specs, I just reminded her to add sweetener for my drink but the way she responded saying “That’s what I did , didn’t you see that?”. Is this the way your employees behave??? They treat as if we owe them something and there is no shop else where. Teach your employees to behave nicely to the customer, the business and money comes next.

I wish there was a 0 stars option so I could rate them. Pathetic customer service, as per promotional offer of Feedback survey by Tim Hortons across every store, I regularly order XL French Vanilla.I showed them the receipt with survey code number, they said this code is not acceptable, I explained them that I use these survey codes every day and have redeemed these promotions in their outlet thrice already, still the staff replied in a rude manner that no you are wrong it is not allowed and it is not possible. Instead of handling the conversation in a polite manner, she replied in a rude tone and tried to create an argument. I left there frustrated arguing without my coffee and missed my bus too for work. Ruined my start of the day atleast. Funny thing is that I redeemed the same offer at a different outlet within an hour.
