I have been calling ahead to this location for the past few years to place early morning (before 6am) large orders and they accommodate me every time. This location recently underwent a renovation and the layout is much more user friendly and clean and bright. Special thanks to Aihong and the team for always delivering fresh ...right on time products for me to bring a smile to my staff's faces.

Used drive thru, iced coffee was like water, hot beverages were not hot at all and tasted so bad, and told me latte I ordered was not available long after we paid. bagel felt old and fell into 1000 pieces.... Worst Tim experience I ever had.

My worst experience over here. Service was so low. There was a lady over there named Niru. She was so rude and had a loud voice, she had not zero idea how to deal with customers. Please mark this as important statement

I would give it 1 star but Jennifer in the morning is great.. for her alone I would give her 5 stars her service is amazing and always friendly.
The thing is everyone else is not lt so amazing.
This morning I went and Theema served me. When I drove up to the window no one was there and then she came out from the back woth gloves already on (for how long?) She touched my bagel put it in the toaster. Went to make my coffee touched the lids the cups wiped the counters (still with the same gloves) and then WENT TO FINISH MY BAGEL!! without changing her gloves. When I asked her to make me a new one because she touched everything she said she was alone. Meanwhile there were 2 other people behind her making themselves coffee and stocking up items.
I used to work at a coffee shop literally ALONE and I would change my glove everytime I had to handle food. Remove the gloves when I'm done and do whatever I had to do. Theema even accepted my money with the same gloves from the beginning. Which makes you wonder when was the last time she actually changed those gloves before handling your food.
But that was only 1 experience this morning. Whenever I happen to come to this location and Jennifer is not working the service is terrible. My food is always burnt I would find hair in my iced capp and they are always rude. The only reason I go is because it's the only one on my way to work.

Terrible service. One person ahead of me and they got a tea and wedges and I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a simple coffee. Don't go here if you value your time . 2 people working at 7pm isn't acceptable

Place is dirty. Windows are filthy, washroom smells horribleand is filthy . I had to go elsewhere to take my 3 1/2 yearold daughter to pee. There are flys allover the signage and very likely on the food. The manager doesn't seem to care and was more interested in going back to her phone. This place is horrible.
