Very very Poor service. We regularly order from this Tim Hortons, and almost every time we experience delays. Whether we order at the counter or through the kiosk, our food is never ready on time. It causes us to be late for our breaks, which is really frustrating.
Today, we ordered from the self-service kiosk thinking it would be faster and more efficient. Instead, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. And after waiting this long we have to remind for our order and we had to wait 10-15 minutes more. Very disappointing. To add to the poor experience, even when we request extra butter, they don’t even include the regular amount. The service is consistently disappointing.
This location needs to improve both its speed and attention to order details. Very poor service overall.

Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a chicken bowl through mobile, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I had to sit for 10 minutes, and only after I went to the counter did they realize my order was even there. It took another 7–8 minutes to prepare it. In total, I waited around 17 minutes for a simple chicken bowl. This isn’t a one-time thing — my friends and I face the same delays every day, even for basic items like tea, coffee, or bagels. Poor service and lack of attention make the experience frustrating. Definitely needs improvement.

I have been calling ahead to this location for the past few years to place early morning (before 6am) large orders and they accommodate me every time. This location recently underwent a renovation and the layout is much more user friendly and clean and bright. Special thanks to Aihong and the team for always delivering fresh ...right on time products for me to bring a smile to my staff's faces.

Used drive thru, iced coffee was like water, hot beverages were not hot at all and tasted so bad, and told me latte I ordered was not available long after we paid. bagel felt old and fell into 1000 pieces.... Worst Tim experience I ever had.
