It's convenient for me to go to work, but it has disappointed me so many times that I will never come again.Calculating money and change do not matchScanned the offer but still withdrew money from my bank cardI bought the large size and got the small sizeIf I buy iced milk coffee, give me iced black coffee.Very bad service.?

Canadian Built Bullies

This is my 3rd day in a row attempting to get something to eat from this location on my lunch break which is 30minutes. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru line, I asked for an everything bagel which this location never has I should have known before hand, and I asked for wedges which they also never have. I’ve tried multiple times at various times in the day and night but this location never restocks their items and the workers clearly acknowledged that they didn’t make any infront of customers. I will not be wasting my time going to this location as I always end up leaving with nothing.

Staff were unfriendly and rang in my order wrong. When I got my wrap, it was a complete mess. It looks like somebody dropped it and then put it back in the bag. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The girl who always works in the night, She is wearing eye spex, first she is not listening properly the order , 2nd she gave me black tea , but i told her 2 sugae , three milk, 3rd i went back again , i told her my tea is cold , she told me if we will putt three milk in this tea it makes cold, she was teaching me in this way, but the thing is , this is not my job, 4th she didn’t behave properly becz she was indian and i am also indian. Teach her otherwise kick out her. ( my way was very polite, but she didn’t say a single word in politely way, she ruined my mood)

Worst Tim Hortons ever ! They are so stupid it’s like they need a collage degree to work there never again

They make you wait for 10 minutes for your order and then they say we haven’t got your order on the screen. But I paid for it and I knew the cashier did the right order so what happens to the orders. And they ask you if you did place order . I don’t have free time to waste there . Atleast they should follow the screen for the orders and make sure they do not skip the orders. Also every time if someone orders sausage muffin there is always egg in it always.

Had the worst customer service experience by Satvir at this Tims at around 2100PLEASE learn how to interact with customers. I ordered a marble white chocolate and jalapeno pastry, to which she said we don't have pastry and I understand that but instead of waiting as I was looking for something else, she told me to drive up and disconnected the speaker. I said hello and no one replied. I mean WOW. This is how you treat people.

#DesireeI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees, Desiree, at the Drive thru.I had ordered a Medium Steeped Tea triple triple, but instead, Desiree gave me a triple triple coffee. When I kindly informed her that this was not my order, she responded by saying that I had actually ordered coffee, not tea. I was taken aback by her dismissive and unhelpful response, especially considering her claim of having three years of experience working at Tim Hortons.As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive accurate orders.
