I started my order asking for an iced coffee for the lady to tell me “We don’t have iced coffee here, thank you, have a nice day.” She didn’t even wait to hear the rest of my order? She didn’t even tell me about what they DO serve. What a joke.

Today, I purchased coffee and tea from the store, and unfortunately, the staff informed me that they had run out of the standard drink carrier trays. Instead, I was given a flimsy, slippery box-like holder that offered little to no support. As a result, during my drive, the drinks spilled, causing a mess in my car. When I attempted to remove the cup, it tipped over again, staining my clothes as well.
This incident caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, not to mention the time and effort I now need to clean both my car interior and my clothing. I believe that ensuring the safe transport of hot beverages should be a basic part of the service, and providing inadequate carriers is not only careless but potentially hazardous.

PLEASE GET AN ICE COFFEE MACHINE !!! I think this is the only location with no ice coffee machine or cold brew. Location is superb and can better use of it.

Worst customer service i ever seen, lady was so rude to one person with disability who were just trying his best to order something on his own, because he was little slow while ordering, the south asian lady was rude and not welcoming, this should not happen at all.

The absolute worst Tim Horton’s in the city. It’s small and located inside a Metro. It’s disappointing because I live so close and it would be so nice to just be able to walk and get an iced coffee and honey dip donut but they don’t even carry those.
The service is horrific. If you sift through the reviews they are all complaints so I’m confused why nothing has been done about it.
They aren’t nice. They will never tell you if something is out stock instead they will use an item of their choice to substitute. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and there is nothing good about their employees.
Tim Horton’s, do better. And rather than the owner just sending a link to complain, why don’t you replace your entire team with employees who actually know what they’re doing.

Staff hanging out with friends. Didn’t print the right kind of receipt for me to do the “tell Tim’s” thing even though I asked 3 times. Guess it’s distracting to be chatting to your friend across the counter.

A Hindi female separated the 2 dollars changes into one 1 dollar and four 50cents, and when I ask that can I get two 1 dollars, the Hindi women just indifferently said she couldn’t open the cashier again once the transaction finished. it’s kind of racist cuz I could tell from the facial expression that she’ve done it deliberately.
The Hindi woman and this branch will get into trouble cuz I will report to the media and the Ontario human rights commission.
