I politely asked the staff, Monita, to clean the table for me because it was dirty. I noticed that she sighed, and what was even more disappointing is that she rolled her eyes and made faces. She still cleaned the table, but I politely confronted her and told her not to roll her eyes at me. She denied doing it, but I clearly saw it. Ridiculous!

Every time I go to this particular Tim’s they mess up my order. Ordered an extra large French vanilla coffee with double expresso and did not get it! Meanwhile I paid for it. They always forget something

November 11,2025,04:40am. This is my third time having a bad experience at this location with the same older lady. She does not know how to talk to customers, and she also doesn’t know how to prepare the order properly. If it happened once, I would ignore it, but this is the third time. Very disappointed, and it completely ruined my morning.

Ordered from this Tim’s through door dash. I ordered 3 drinks. Only 2 arrived. Worker wrote on the receipt “ sorry no Oreo, only mocha” so they decided to just not send the drink at all and did not call me. Also ordered a French vanilla in this order and they still messed that up and sent me a mocha. Don’t order from this Tim hortons.

I wonder if the owner knows he loses money every morning because these guys are only open at 515 or 530, everyone that lines up for the 5am open time just leaves by 510 lol. Easier for me with no line up though, but I cant imagine losing money and return customers (because of always opening late is just their experience at this point) would be good for any establishment. Daytime after opening place is fine I guess

Went through the drive through today and ordered a “protein coffee iced latte, no sugar” and they gave me a pumpkin spice latte instead. I took a big sip on this hot day, and wow what an unpleasant surprise. I have sensitivity to the sugar additives in the syrups and this mistake of theirs has deeply impacted me. I drive home to take my meds. I also ordered a turkey sandwich, no bacon. I don’t eat pork. Open the sandwich once I get home and there’s at least 8 slices of bacon.
There’s all these things on social media about service going down and it’s so disappointing when you experience it first hand over things that seem so simple. Will Tim Hortons see this ? Probably not. But customers, you will. Take this as a warning, double check your orders.

GAGAN WORST STAFF!

i went this time hortons for a ice capp after my work i was too exhausted, i asked for extra cream and extra canne sugar although i paid for it so this is her duty to give the thing which i paid for.

She gave me ice capp without sugar without creme which is fine i asked her to add both in my coffe she just took it from my hand and threw the coffee in garbage as she is giving me for free this is the second time im having worst expirience before too there was a indian girl with specs she said (WHY HE IS NOT LEAVING) she said this sentence to other staff member and i heard it. Like seriously? I think TIM HORTONS is not paying them for there work as they have this kind of attitude tim horton is the biggest coffe chain in canada and these guys are ruining the name of it.

The dining room is always clean i enjoy having my fresh breakfast and hot coffee every morning. The staff is always smiling and amazing they always start my morning off great. Thanks timmies staff !!
