The staff at this location are THE BEST of all the Tim Hortonās I have visited and I have frequented quite a few. If I have a choice, this is the location I go to. Special shout out to Hassan, Patrician, Sharanya, Irin and Marwin and the other staff whose names I donāt know. To the staff at this Tim Hortonās I am known as āLondon Fogā because of my love of this beverage which I purchase in a reusable cup. They always make it in my reusable cup (some other locations have prepared it in a paper cup and transferred the contents to my cup which defeats the purpose of bringing a reusable cup). They always put just the right amount of vanilla syrup and frothy milk. The beverage is always hot. They are so familiar with me that sometimes, the order is already in the cash register waiting for me to pay and often staff have already started preparing it before I have paid. This makes me smile. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit this location and you guys make my day! Thank you so much for being you!!!

I ordered a drink at the drive-thru, but when I was about to pay, I asked if I could make it a combo. There was only one car behind me, but the staff member, ALISHA, said it was too late. I politely asked if I could add a hashbrown, and she instructed me to go inside and line up. It wasnāt very accommodating, which is disappointing. I hope the service improves in the future. :(

I have to say this is one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a very long time customer service was awesome. Staff is very friendly and such a clean environment I also love how diverse it is I wish I could come to this location every single day unfortunately I don't live in the area. Please please do not change anything keep up the good work . Oh and one more thing they actually stirred my coffee this is what every Tim Hortons should look like and be like. They will tell you that they don't have certain items (e.g. butter, ketchup) at the drive-thru just so you can move on the line quicker. I ordered three chillies and when I let them know there was no butter in the package, they were rushing and said "we are waiting for a delivery" . how is that possible when you service buttered bagel every day, you could have easily provided a side of it.....
