The staff's treatment is extremely poor and inappropriate, not just to me but to others as well. The place is far from clean, and you feel like you're living with an ancient Indian family. They shout, treat customers rudely, and delay them. Unfortunately, this is the worst Tim Hortons branch.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. They were charging extra for my drink, even though I showed them a receipt from another Tim Hortons showing the lower price I usually pay. The staff said, “Not all Tim’s are the same,” which was shocking — I’ve always believed Tim Hortons locations should have consistent pricing.
When I asked to speak with the manager (Aimie), she was extremely rude and dismissive. She kept cutting me off and didn’t even try to listen to my concern. In the end, she told me I could “go ahead and complain” because she “doesn’t care.”
This is absolutely unacceptable customer service from such a well-known brand. I hope Tim Hortons looks into this location’s behavior and pricing practices.
