Witnessed a customer ask for decaf coffee as he has a health condition preventing him from having caffeine. They refused to make it and only tried to sell him regular, takes about 5 mins to brew some coffee?? Horrible customer service!Washrooms for patrons are filthy and disgusting. Waste bins overflowing, with garbage falling onto the floor. Seems their priority is only the drive-thru, socialize amongst each other.

I'm not sure what the issue is with a few tim hortons that refuse to put croissants in the pannini press but this one had one of the rudest people serving me to the point where I left. There is zero consistency with this chain anymore its a bunch of franchises doing as they like and that will eventually cause people to go elsewhere like Wendy's or mcdonalds..the competition is coming
