I went to this Tim Hortons today morning 10am and I saw that store manager & supervisor mad at my friend no reason after I’m also really sad and I asked my friend go to complain about them but she said she doesn’t want to complain about them . really I didn’t see like that supervisor any timhotton she is very rude and she doesn’t know how to talk to the staff or customers poor service

The servers are rude. They make the food ugly by their moody attitudes. The layout of the place is inviting. Its their attitude, no smile, nothing. Maybe they are paid less, God knows. I just go there as a last resort.
