Horrible place. Terrible staff with poor customer service. Claims to be 24hours yet they block off half the seating and no access to the washrooms even for paying customers. Worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had.

I recently experienced very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior from the staff. It’s disappointing that someone who has come to Canada still needs to learn basic ethics and professionalism. I feel sorry for the rest of the team, as they deserve better representation. This happened on Thursday night, October 17. I hope the management takes steps to fix this and make the environment more professional.

They’re normally decent but I ran into one rude staff member at the pick up zone today past noon. The store wasn’t even busy yet I had waited for my mobile pick up order for 10 minutes near their locker area.I went up and waited for their in store customer to get their drink and this lady asked me “Name?”, “Name?” and just tossed me the iced coffee like I wasn’t welcomed at the store. This was after I told her “Hi, I’ve been waiting for my mobile pick up order.” Poor customer service.

The mobile ordering service needs another update. They usually make it on time but pay no attention to anyone waiting for their order until their line up queue is clear. You often end up waiting longer than the line itself as a result rendering ordering ahead pointless.

The locker system was great and no longer used. Other than the occasional incorrect order number entered by staff, this was fantastic.

I ordered a lunch wrap combo and got it very quickly. Friendly staff helped complete my order and was very patient and exchanged pleasantries. The loaded wraps here seem to be more filling and built well compared to other branches, and I was able to get a quiet seat and work on my laptop. I will continue visiting this branch for my post-gym meals

None of these people make eye contact with you just to avoid bringing your order! And when I asked if my mobile order is ready, the girl pointed out to the other counter without saying a word! You guys need to reeducate yourself about how to respect the customer!
