Tim Hortons called to tell me they don’t have some items in stock. I asked them to just mark the items unavailable, and they refused. They said I still have to pay for them.

I work across the street and I go to this location twice a day. I was there for breakfast. Melba, who does breakfast, generally looks miserable and unhappy to be here. I don't think I've ever seen her smile. And I don't care as long as she's doing her job. I've also noticed that she takes really long to give me my breakfast generally. But I know this location is busy so never really asked about it. Today, I was waiting snd noticed the person who ordered after me, not a simpler order than me either, got his sandwich before mine. She then made mine and handed it to me. I asked her may I ask why the person who ordered after me got it before me? And she just walked away like I didn't exist. I think she forgot I'm paying for what I'm getting.
On another note, Diane, thank you for always making the experience pleasant. I've been coming since 2016 and you have always been amazing!

This location can be amazing but other time they offer horrible service. Just picked up my 11 am coffee and asked casher if my mobile order was processing since their app has been acting up for the last few week. The casher raised her voice at me and stormed away so another casher has to process my order. There are 9 coffee shop in the area, thinking about McDonald's, AW or Starbuck since I don't need a side order of attitude with my coffee. I was calm and did not speak loudly or have a condosending tone like she did. There are 2 very polite staff that engage in small talk with me when it is not busy.

They remember names, orders, and always greet you with a smile that brightens your day. Major thanks to whoever runs this location—your leadership clearly makes a difference. Absolutely loved my visit to Tim Hortons today! The lunch was fresh, tasty, and just what I needed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and smooth. Everything was perfect—easily one of the best Tims experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!
