This location can be amazing but other time they offer horrible service. Just picked up my 11 am coffee and asked casher if my mobile order was processing since their app has been acting up for the last few week. The casher raised her voice at me and stormed away so another casher has to process my order. There are 9 coffee shop in the area, thinking about McDonald's, AW or Starbuck since I don't need a side order of attitude with my coffee. I was calm and did...

This location number 1 Tim Hortons in the city. The place is always spotless, the service is lightning fast, and the staff? Incredible. They remember names, orders, and always greet you with a smile that brightens your day. Major thanks to whoever runs this location—your leadership clearly makes a difference. I just wish every Tims delivered this level of excellence. Well done!

Absolutely loved my visit to Tim Hortons today! The lunch was fresh, tasty, and just what I needed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and smooth. Everything was perfect—easily one of the best Tims experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!
