Terribly slow service and one rude staff

I ordered a large chai latte and when I got it the cup just felt extremely light for being a large drink so I checked it and it turned out to be 2/3 foam and 1/3 chai latte. I tried to ask the lady about it but she ignored me and
acted busy.

#1 MOST DISCUSTING TIM HORTANS EVER
Did even have pizza, farmer warps, and most of the donuts and timbits!
Also DISCUSTING smell inside and don't even get me started on the smell of this place. Overall worst Tim Hortans experience EVER.

This place looks like is been abandoned, smell pretty bad , is old dirty on the floors everywhere, just when entering the building the smell of pee hit you right in your face , also the place doesn't carry multiple products, they don't want to take your order , they force you to do it at the kiosk, them when you do , and the order comes wrong they blame de system, I order a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and the gave me a weird spicy bagel I dis t realized it until the third bite now I'm gonna have to go to the pharmacy and get something for my stomach, costumer service is gone from this place.

Terrible service and rude staff. Today I asked them to double cup my drink the woman rudely said that you have to pay for the extra cup. NEVER has this ever happened at ANY other TIMS or Starbucks!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service standards....always mixing orders, last time I ordered steep tea and they gave me coffee.

The management seriously needs to take notice and do better! Stop treating the clients/customers as if you are doing us a favour by giving us our orders that we paid for.

Please don’t think this is sarcasm, but I SERIOUSLY think that this tims is secretly being run by Starbucks!!

There’s no way in hell, a restaurant’s customer service can be this horribly bad unless they were literally ordered to be extremely disgusting to customers, which they are. No regards for anyone whatsoever. Made us wait in line for 15 mins because they messed up someone’s order before us, and didn’t even have the courtesy to say “sorry for the wait”

This has got to be a smear campaign.

These people don’t care about the time and customers’ needs at all. They are working very very slowly like time passing. Additionally the coffee taste is very different than others, it is very bad.

I visit this Tim Horton location quite frequently, especially before my classes, or when I need caffeine to fuel my study sessions. My usual order is a Medium caramel toffee ice latte with a few customizations :1 pump of the caramel toffee syrup, with Oat milk instead of regular milk, and less ice.
I order this latte at practically every Tim Hortons location I happen to go to. I always ask the server, how many pumps of espresso short is in a small, medium, or large Tim Hortons ice latte. The server states that the small ice latte comes with 1 espresso shot, the medium ice latte comes with 2 espresso shots, and the large ice latte comes with 3 espresso shots.
It is delicious.

HOWEVER, my encounter on Saturday September 27th 2025, at this location, was different.

One of the servers at this location made my Medium caramel toffee ice latte with NO espresso shot in it. It was JUST ice, oat milk, and a tint of caramel toffee syrup. The color of my ice latte literally looked like and tasted like milk. She didn't even FOAM the ice latte.

I buy this specific order all the time, so i INSTANTLY knew she didn't make my order correctly because there was no taste of espresso. Just milk. I came back to the counter, and told her she made my order incorrectly. She told me that she didn't make a mistake and that's the correct way to make the drink. I felt offended because I've ordered this specific order so many times at this location, and she's gaslighting me, and telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. I asked her how many espresso shots did she put in my drink. She said that she only put 1 espresso shot. As I recall, A MEDIUM ice latte is SUPPOSE to have two shots. So she DID make my order wrong because the DIDN'T put the correct amount of espresso shot in my latte. In fact, I think she didn't put any at all. It was just milk.
I kindly asked her if she can make my drink again. She said no. I asked again. and she said persistently says no.

I'm going to come back and report her to the manager. I wasted my money on milk? I am not impressed with her service. Instead of her to correct her mistake and showcase her customer service skills, she decides that it's okay to be argumentative with the customer? Even when she knows she's wrong? Nonsense.

I was so polite to her too. But some people walk over your kindness. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But if a mistake is acknowledged by the customer, it's the service provider's responsibility to correct it. I'm disappointed at the lack of basic customer service this woman displayed.

Chubby lady was unfriendly, could smell the laziness a mile away.

Basically what happened, I ordered a plain croissant, friendly smile out the window, asked to warm it up, said it doesn't work, so I said that's okay, and paid with tab. Asked for a peanut butter 3 times for her to understand, had to do a spread gesture for her to understand, said she has to charge me for it, made me tap again for $0.60. Then asked some who is working at the back doing her thing to give me a peanut butter.
Zero service. I get that she is XXL and problem moving but least she could do was be friendly.

Rest of staff looked friendly.
