You have people begging for money and taking up space for paying customers or sitting at tables not ordering just staring at customers. Place is always dirty. Servers are nice who wants to sit in dirt. I thought there was a code for cleanliness.

I went to Tim Hortons drive-thru around 10:50 pm on 16 aug and had a disappointing experience. The drive-thru is meant for customers in vehicles, but the staff were serving people who were standing outside the window without a car. Instead of asking them to order inside the store, they were allowed to hold up the line. Because of this, I had to wait several minutes just to get one coffee. This not only slows down service for drive-thru customers but also creates safety concerns. I hope management addresses this and ensures the drive-thru is used for its intended purpose.

The service was horrible. I waited 20 minutes to just grab a coffee and a plain croissant. 10 people in line and 1 cashier who’s new and definitely doesn’t know what she’s doing. On top of all that. 5-6 other workers are prioritizing the drive-through. How about the 10 people waiting in line. After all that waiting in line and what not they don’t have a plain croissant at 2:31 in the afternoon and the guy has the audacity to tell me it’s gonna take 30 minutes to make a new Batch. The worse Tim
Horton ever. Definitely will never stop at this location ever again. Now I have to go to another location.

I went through the drive thru for an iced Capp, the cup had a slit at the very bottom of the cup. This led to the iced Capp leaking all over my car and on me. And the cherry on top was the hair in my iced Capp. Never coming here again

I had fantastic experience with one of the customer service associate Dhara. I came in for 100 gift cards. Even though it was crowded Dhara was polite, patient and knew exactly what to do to get such a large order happen efficiently. Would highly recommend
