I had fantastic experience with one of the customer service associate Dhara. I came in for 100 gift cards. Even though it was crowded Dhara was polite, patient and knew exactly what to do to get such a large order happen efficiently. Would highly recommend

Iam more concerned about food quality I always get vegi warp almost three times in a week during lunch time earlier it was perfect n had enough roasted onion, cheese n saus but now they don't care at all even I remind them couple of times but no improvement it's getting day by day worst now probably I am going to find alternate solution please advise viewers if you know alternate place to get meal during lunch time thanks

I strongly dislike most Tim Hortons locations these days as the quality & customer service has become non-existent, but NOT this one.
It’s the absolute BEST location in the GTA for their employees & service alone. Many of the (mostly pinay) ladies & gents working here have a system down pat. Everything is clean, and you can tell that good hygiene is practiced. Orders are never wrong, drinks always made right, drive thru is quick/efficient, and the pleasant friendly attitude of the staff is so refreshing each day! I commend the hard working staff here, especially the ones managing the drive thru during the morning rush hour. 👏🏼
