Asked for a blt and got egg on it, then the roast beef sandwich had one piece of meat. For 16$ I'll never do that again. With the high school students coming in it took for ever. No where to sit, washroom had a crack head making noises, just not the place you want to spend your money at what so ever.

I have been here on multiple occasions 10-15 minutes before closing time, only to realize they have closed their doors and drive through completely.If it says your restaurant is open until a certain time, you MUST be open until that time, not 15 minutes beforeThis is a disgrace to tim hortons and its customers.

Don't eat at timmies often. Service was decent.. but long cause of the line up inside and out. Seemed decent clean wise. Till you hit the bathroom...yikes.. no toilet paper. Thank goodness for handkerchief tissues.? and no soap... I am hoping the crusty stuff I saw on mirror, was the soap. Informed staff. And got an answer of... " we know, we will get to it ... as soon as we can." ? I though...ok and how long have you known about it and still haven't dealt with it? Hello toilet is needed. Asap.Vegetarian options: Good question... you have to ask with out the meat on their sandwich options, wraps and such... other wise it's donuts, muffins, bagels and maybe a soupDietary restrictions: Not alot posted..have to look onlineParking: Parking is a nightmare honestly as it's in the middle of a plaza. All those other businesses plus a market use the spaces. So it's almost impossible to parkKid-friendliness: ???Wheelchair accessibility: Not good...

Drive thro' always takes priority so sometimes the line is long, especially at weekday lunch time.The staff is friendly and efficient, with the above exception re: drive thro'It badly needs some finishings replaced, eg. 2 chairs and the stained blinds.Parking: Very limited parking.

Ok GoogleMy experience at Tim Horton for the last 3 years was awful and I hardly go there anymore, I would suggest to Tim Hortons to hire an outside company to come and clean their facilities. I don't like to eat there anymore.

Awful experience and rude staffs !! I went to Tim Hortons at 1110 Don mills rd this morning to buy breakfast, my order was simple : 1)egg and sausage English muffin 2) egg and sausage farmer's breakfast, and medium dark roast coffee, first the cashier said we don't have egg and sausage farmer's breakfast in the menu, then i showed him the photo on the screen, he said yes we have, i paid by Tim Horton gift card, then waiting for my meal, 2 ladies working at food counter, just gave me egg and sausage muffin, I's still waiting for the farmer's wrap, finally the lady (find out later she is the manager of the store)said what u waiting for, i said still wait for the wrap, she said u didn't order the wrap, i told her that i did order clearly, then she asked for the receipt which cashier didn't give to me, found out the cashier didn't put the sausage wrap in the order, the lady {manager) told me : go to pay and then get the wrap very rudely, and all time No One said sorry to me , seems that it was my fault . i was very upset and the food and coffee getting cold, i decided to cancel order to get my money back, and want to talk to the manager as well, but she said "i'm busy" ,(which was not true, there 's no customer behind me and there were at least 3 stuffs standing there but she has no time to talk to me). anyway I was so angry with this rude and not efficient and lack of respect service, never go to this Tim Hortons again!!I wish there's minus star, I'll give them!
