Again, this location has poor service and doesn't meet Tim Horton's standards as we know it. The staff are lazy, unmotivated, and seem unhappy in their jobs. They don't follow proper sanitary practices, using the same gloves for handling cash and food (this is the second time). The place is understaffed, leading to slow service and a negative experience.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons around 7:30 in the evening. Upon entering, I noticed two employees along with the manager sitting at the front, chatting among themselves. When I approached the cashier, one of the employees went to the back and returned to take my order. I proceeded to order a sandwich, but to my surprise, she informed me that they could only serve coffee and had no food available. I asked for clarification, and she reiterated that they had no food to offer, aside from some donuts. I found it absolutely unbelievable that a fully staffed Tim Hortons location would be operating without any food to serve. When I decided to leave, the employee offered no apology or explanation, she simply seemed indifferent to the situation. This lack of professionalism and service was disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning to this location. I hope upper management takes the time to review this issue and ensure that customers receive better service in the future.

Refused to serve - claimed they don’t do 12cup (big box) of French vanilla and hot chocolate. Went to different location and they did it. 2 Indian girls in their early 20s from the looks of it were working that shift

I ordered a bowl but instead they punch in wrap wich I waited 6 minutes for the rice since they didnt have it ready. After waitinv they hand me the wrap and I askt that I wanted a bowl and I ask for the bowl not wrap. The 4 crews was arguing with me that I ordered wrap and I ask if i can get a new one and they said no.

Had to wait long time to get one drink, with just one person in line. There were three people working, but they were just talking to each other and having fun. Even the drinks are not consistent. The workers don’t know to make any drinks apart from coffee or tea. The drinks taste very different from other tims.

This place is more like a hostel with deplorable customer service and bad coffee. People hang out in this spot all day, while the attendants are rude speaking in a foreign language to hide their insults. Also they deliberately make you wait while attempting to spoil your order. Purchased an ice cappuccino which I ended wearing due to a hole in the cup which I assume was deliberately punctured. I could go on. I mean is trauma worth the long wait for a coffee?
