I’ve been coming here since 2018 — this place used to feel like home. Every visit felt warm and welcoming… until Kamal started serving me. Her attitude? Cold. Her energy? Non-existent. Every time I see her behind the counter, I brace myself. It’s like customer service completely vanishes. I’m a loyal guest, not a burden — I deserve to be treated with basic respect.
There was one time I ordered a brown sugar iced latte — a simple request. But the milk had the worst aftertaste, like it had turned. I politely told her, hoping for understanding, but instead? She called me stupid for just asking for a new one. Stupid.
This wasn’t a one-time thing. Every single encounter with Kamal has been the same: dismissive, careless, and just plain rude. It’s honestly disappointing to see someone like that representing a place I once loved so much.

Dhrue and sky are always offering a very welcoming smile when I arrive in the morning. I actually look forward to coming to see them to order my daily coffee. I really appreciate their warm attitudes as they help start my day in a great way!

I come to this Tim Hortons because it's very close to where I live but I noticed that their customer service here really sucks. Every time I buy multiple drinks here, they don't even ask if I needed a tray. When I asked for one, they just give it and don't even bother putting them on it. Plus they don't stir the coffee well. Their washroom is always dirty too. I don't recommend this branch. The manager has poor customer service and so is everyone in here. I hope they change for the better. For now, I have to go to a different Tims. Luckily, there's one across the street.

I'm the regular customer here in the evening .I would say the staff here is amazing serves fresh coffee all rhe time.Feels rejuvenated when we visit here .Specially girl working Kawall ahe is has very nice personality and always she friendly with the customer.

This is unacceptable. The store hours clearly state that it closes at 9 PM, yet when I arrived at 8:38 PM, the doors were already locked and I was told the store was closed. You need to update your posted hours to reflect your actual closing time.
