Worst Service and Unacceptable Behavior from Employee Aman – Tim Hortons Yorkgate Mall
This Tim Hortons location has the worst service ever. I waited in line for 30 minutes, and your employee Aman was on his cell phone talking to another customer instead of helping the people waiting in line. That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
When it was finally my turn, I ordered a French Vanilla and a Spicy Doughnut, but Aman gave me the wrong order — a Boston Cream Doughnut — and didn’t fix it. While I was waiting and minding my own business, talking to my family on FaceTime, Aman suddenly came up to me and wrongly accused me of taking a picture of him, which was completely false.
Then, instead of apologizing, Aman threatened me for no reason, making me feel unsafe and harassed. Because I felt threatened, I took a picture of him for my own safety and protection. I have every right to do that — this is Canada, and Tim Hortons is a public fast food restaurant, not a private home.
If Aman wants “privacy,” then he needs to create privacy for himself or stay home, because people in public places are free to use their phones, record, or FaceTime their family. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
This experience made me feel disrespected and unsafe, and I am demanding that management take serious action against Aman. No customer should ever be treated like this.

Extremely stingy on the portion, eventing you pay the whole price, they will still skimp on the portion. I would only get 50% of the portion at this store compared to other Tim Hortons.
Even the staff are also not well trained, there are certain items that they don’t know how to make and when you highlight their mistake, they tell us that it comes like that only. They would ask to pay extra for the items eventhough that item is included in the price.
I would give it a 5 which a couple of the employee la are great but there's been an employee who's attitude is unprofessional and she thinks it's okay to carry herself intaht manner. She's been reported before and seem to have carry in grudge against me. I had asked about the time of closing which said 6:30 p.m. When I told her the business hours say 6:30 she snapped at me saying then you go remove it off the wall. I definitely do not want to be served by her people like her will poison your food and drinks. Who knows is she's even legally here. Someone like her will not go too far in life.

Today I came here ordered one M DD coffee and cilantro lime wrap ,when they gave me it's so cold ,then I asked to heat up after I eat half hour my stomach get painful, I won't buy again food are not fresh, you can buy coffee only .
They brew coffee twice using the same load of coffee grounds!!!!! Even I asked them, and they said yes, we do so! 😳😳

The quantity of the food is really bad compared to other branches. If you are hungry and want a good time hortons bowl, please go for other branches of Tim’s as they would give you a full bowl.
