SUCH RUDE SERVICE BY THE STUPID EMPLOYEES!!!Coughing all the damn time and never polite taking an order. Mixed my order and gave me the wrong size. When i asked for no ice gave me such a rude eye gaze. Like bro if you cannot work here go back home. No ones forcing you to work.

Disappointed with my Crispy habenaro loaded bowl from this Tim Hortons location today .Ordered this bowl with extra Habenaro sauce and paid for it ,but there was no sign of it in real .No Jalapenos at all and the veggies were lacking .Discovered the issue after coming home ,Wish I would have caught it on the spot .Money waste ,Not the experience and food I was expecting for .Seriously and severely disappointed.

Wish I could give it a negative star… first I ordered medium double double and plain bagel with cream cheese. They take forever to give me the coffee then they come back to me saying they don’t have any plain bagels left… like why did you take the order in first place.. I told them at this point just give me any bagel with cream cheese which this new employee I guess gets super confused like I asked him to give me half of his days salary.. man comes back with the worst sesame seed bagel and gives me the entire bagel without cutting in half.. in conclusion his fire your entire staff and start from scratch… cause ain’t nobody at this spot knows anything about customer service. And please visit this place at your own caution…
