Hands down the best Tim’s in GTA. All the staff are so kind, despite it always being busy and having a lineup. I wish every Tim’s had the same standards as this one

The worst customer service …the lady at the counter was so rude. I ordered potato wedges and first they gave me wrong order and when I asked them to change instead of apologizing she showed me attitude. Also, the wedges were not even properly cooked

I went right now to get my order . First the lady at the front so rude to me . I was waiting first she can finish with another person an order . And the another counter person calling next it was the turn for another waiting person because I was already standing for wait . She was insulted me I didn’t ask anything. Then I gave my order for fries she gave me french vanilla. Instead of saying sorry . She again started telling me. I was the worst experience. I will not recommend go there .
