I’ve noticed that the overall service quality could be improved. Many items are often out of stock, such as the protein latte, which seems to be unavailable frequently. Additionally, orders are sometimes prepared incorrectly, and the service tends to be slower than expected. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the customer experience.

I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Navneet served me at the counter and was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. My order was perfect and the service made my morning so much better. Thank you Navneet for the excellent customer service!
Definitely the worst Tim Hortons restaurant. Long queues in the morning and the restaurant staff is clearly not enough. Some of the staff are not friendly and behave toxic. Unfortunately, there is no alternative nearby, so you have to go there.

Nisha is one of the worst customer service representative. She doesn’t have any sense how to talk to the customers. They have hired same Indian community people just to cover up each other mistakes instead of apologize they keep start continuously arguing with customer you guys need to learn some Canadian Ethics if you want to be successful in Canada otherwise that’s an great opportunity for you guys to work whole life at the same store and get hired as under referral quota .

Not all Tim Hortons r the same. I go here almost every week day....from past around 3 months....all the employees, there service is quite fast....I feel almost everybody here has good customer service.
There is this girl Mia or Miya, she has an exceptional smile and is great at treating the customers, I also personally appreciated her, I like her a lot....everybody is good....I remember last month this guy Salon was a new employee and was taking my order and didn't know everything but still was managing to do his best, sometimes in the morning he used to take my order after few days, he was like small steeped tea for u ma'am, right ! 😁 Thats so good that he remembers what the regular customer wants.... I usually order a customized croissant and yesterday without even saying all the guy customized it the way I want without me even saying everything..I don't know his name though..
Overall its a good place being managed by good staff....😊
