This is the worst of worst Tim Hortons.
I ordered a combo with potato wedges and it was so dry and hard that seemed like was 2 weeks old and was the last ones left. Firstly everything you order, they just say it's unavailable.
The store needs proper management and more staff as it looked so empty.

Extremely unorganized!
Careless staff and some of them are rude
Not clean floor in the area they prepare sandwiches. The staff wear cloves but meanwhile the touch machines and other equipments!!!
I went to washroom where you can see mold in the corners!
I hope the manage takes action against all of these.

Offcourse the place is busy place, however, I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Initially, the cook couldn’t locate my order, and only found it after I reminded him. Despite the delay, he or the cashier didn’t apologize. I also noticed other customers experiencing similar issues. I believe it requires follow up!

just ordered food from this store from three items 2 were missing they don’t even know how to pack the delivery and I’ve ordered an ice cap but there was no straw how a person supposed to drink a ice cap without straw
