I’ve ordered here a couple times and been frustrated each time. The iced coffee is always short and not filled up, every other location on campus and everywhere else fill it to the top and don’t skimp on the portions. Very disappointing has happened 3-4 times in a row already to me.

Please don’t ever go here. Never ever!!
Every single time I go here, they mess up my order.

No matter how many times you clarify the order they still give you the wrong item,

They don’t even know how to make a wrap,
You ask for no meat they give you meat.

Never ever go here!

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. The service practices here feel extremely manipulative and clearly designed to make their performance metrics look better to corporate rather than actually improving customer service.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, it takes 2–3 minutes just for someone to start taking the order. Then they repeat the order back several times, which drags the process out even more. After all that waiting, they tell customers not to move forward from the order kiosk yet.

It’s obvious why they do this — they want customers waiting at the speaker instead of at the window so it looks like they’re serving people quickly once the car reaches the pickup window. This location has been doing this for years.

I once mentioned to the employee at the window that it didn’t seem fair to have customers waiting at the kiosk just so the store can make their service times look better. The response I got was shocking. The employee said something along the lines of “you’re not being very helpful — you could be a nice person and help us like everyone else.”

Since when is it the customer’s responsibility to help employees manipulate service times?

This location needs serious management oversight. Instead of focusing on gaming performance metrics, they should focus on providing honest, efficient service to customers. WHAT A DISCGRASE TIM HORTONS HAS BECOME TO CANADA.

The servers are usually rushing you, especially in drive through. They see you as dollar sign and not a guest that they can build relationship with for the guests to continue to come back to this location. It usually goes as
“please keep your payments ready”
*hands you orders*
“okay next order!!”
I don’t care if you have a goal in mind in terms of time that you need to reach in drive-through, but you also have to keep in mind that you have to be efficient not just fast, but also efficient. I shouldn’t have to come back to drive-through and tell you that you made a mistake to my order, (in multiple occasions) especially if I’m only buying coffee and pastries. You’re always rushing always rushing but you’re not being efficient you’re trying to take orders while also running for the food and doing something else on top of that that’s why you’re not properly punching the orders right. I asked for something heated he will give it to me toasted or grilled those two things are not the same as heated. Heated means you use a microwave to heat it up. Toasted means you use the toaster to heat it up and grill means you use a grill to heat it up or to cook it as crazy as it sounds what your customers ask you to do that’s what you need to do because that’s what they’re paying you for they paid for the order and they like it a certain way don’t assume that it is OK to change it without asking them.

I also noticed that this location gave me other people‘s order the orders that they ended up not getting or exchanging it because multiple times I have had ordered a sandwich and the sandwich was already cold for room temperature. The buns or croissant were hard. that’s when I know that it’s not fresh anymore.

You cannot do that because food are not things/clothes. That is not food safety.

I’m really disappointed with this Tim Hortons on Keel St in North York. The urinal/toilet has been out of service for more than 4 months, which is unacceptable for a location with so much foot traffic. Also, the area is often messy and dirty.

This used to be my favorite spot because it’s close to York University and convenient to stop by. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation, I’ve decided not to go there anymore.

I hope management addresses this soon, because this location could easily be a great spot again.
