We chose this hotel because of its convenient location close to all the amenities, and it did not disappoint! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the pool—it was exceptionally clean and provided a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Not a bad hotel but needs renovations. Should be rated a 2 star not to mislead clients
Rooms: Rooms were super clean. And the bed!!! Wish I had the same mattress at home. Best sleep ever.

Extremly dated and dirty hotel, do not stay here

They charged me $100 to park my car without telling me. I definitely do not recommend going there. The service is very bad. The rooms smell terrible. Do not go to this hotel.
Staff was very very helpful. Checking was seamless and the rooms were exactly as advertised and as pictures showed on website. Very convenient location just off expressway and close to 401. Hotel is bit older and dated, this did not negatively affect my stay.

I booked this hotel with a king bed and the room came up with a twin bed, the customer service along even with the managment a horrible experience, it look like this hotel in a rural area with no professional experience, therefore I will not recommend this hotel with the price they have and with the poor service.

Booked room with 2 double beds for senior aunt and dad (in town for funeral). Given room w 1 king. Hotel didn't take accountability for error nor did they make any effort to rectify.

I have stayed at this hotel for one night and the quality of the room was much below the price tag and even the bathroom hot water was not operation at this winter season!
Safety: Door locking mechanism is poor

Midtown Hotel with nice amenities. Better than average, but not deluxe. Good for younger people, and couples, and families. Rooms are spacious, nice views. Restaurant-bar on premises. Take out to room and delivery optional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Professionally run establishment. Would definitely recommend it.

Old hotel, TERRIBLE room service: no remote in the room, still coffee bag left in the code machine, door key is not working, TERRIBLE breakfast: a lot of items on the menu were not available, long wait time, 30min wait for a continental breakfast, no waiter, have to pour coffee by ourselves. NOT COMING BACK

Strictly no smoking but people ignore it, our hall smelled like cigarette when we got back from our outing. Our room was clean otherwise, and the front desk staff were wonderful!! No breakfast buffet as advertised, but there was a $14 eggs, bacon, toast option that we were happy with.

The furniture is extremely warn, the rugs weren't very clean, there were all sorts of unpleasant odors as you walk through the building, and yet, they still charge a lot for a room. At the end of my stay, they charged me to park, which wasn't disclosed to me until afterward. Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

This place is a public safety hazard. My husband and I were trapped in elevator 2 of this hotel going down from the 3rd floor to the pool. The elevator stopped and didn’t open the door. No matter what buttons I pressed, it wouldn’t move or open. Very scary. There was no alarm or emergency button to press to call for help. They literally taped up a whole panel of elevator buttons (see pics below). Luckily I had brought my phone and it had battery and a tiny signal that allowed me to call the front desk. Waited a while after they said they would get maintenance with no update so I called back. Eventually they reset the elevator and it moved down to the lobby floor and opened the door. I mentioned this issue to the front desk 3 times to put a sign to say the elevator was out of order but they didn’t do anything. When I finally brought it up to a manager, they simply said “the elevator is working now so no problem”. Then I asked them why is there no alarm to press if it happens again. Still answer is “it’s fine. Elevator is working. The taped up buttons is for housekeeping”(whatever that means). This place is a health hazard and needs to be shut down. They have zero regard for guests’ safety and don’t care about you at all. I will never come back here and will report this safety incident to the city. Hopefully no one else gets trapped and has a medical issue.

If you like staying at a HALFWAY HOUSE WITH DRUGGIES WHO LIVE THERE FULL TIME, then by all means. They live on multiple floors, will be at the pool, partying until the early morning in the parking lot, and you’ll also receive no help from staff from complaints against them. To boot, the beds and furniture are very old and finished.
