The young girl who served us was truly fantastic so polite, attentive, and professional throughout the whole meal. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable🥰😊
Order the crab meat udon noodle and it was crap not like before, now they use imitation crab meat
Chicken Pad thai tastes horrible way too salty and sweet. Can't even eat it. Ordered thru uber eats.
time 5:30 lady’s attitude is so bad
she doesn’t know how to talk to customers
customers are waiting in line but still she keeps her attitude
she’s soo rude
worst place
Best pho I had
I’m never coming back here again. I ordered the wings and pad thai and both were very underwhelming and tasted both frozen and old. Later that night, I had a massive stomach ache that did not end well for me. Those wings must have been expired or something because they tasted off and I should have known not to finish eating them. Visit another spot. Dont come here.
Meal - MAJOR FOOD SAFETY WARNING.
This was an awful order from Toronto Pho. I ordered the beef broth Pho with chicken as the protein.
Picture 1 shows the chicken with the noodles, and the broth came separately. The chicken was not cooked (as shown). Even after pouring the hot broth, it didn't cook, and the chicken pieces stayed opaque. It looked like rubber and tasted like rubber, too.
I then boiled the broth and the chicken together in a separate pot, hoping that the chicken would cook more. Pictures 2 and 3 show that even after cooking for over 8 mnts in high heat, the chicken looked opaque and rubbery.
I would warn people about their
food safety. Frankly, I threw the whole thing away after paying over 25$.
On Uber, their rating is 4.6, but on Google, it's under 4. So clearly, there's a mismatch and a concern.
The broth tasted good, but I wouldn't wanna have it with raw chicken. I'll never order again from this place. There are far better Pho places.
Always love their food

Love their Pho! Ample servings even in the small size. Also for coffee lovers? If you haven't tried Vietnamese Coffee you are missing out! I pass as often as possible to get the coffee. Please note=> I pass by Timmies and McDonald's to grab their coffee. It's delicious and I am set for the day. (Coffee junkie)

My whole family has come here to eat and take out many times over the past 7 years, and the middle-aged woman with short hair, I don't know if she's the owner or manager, but has a bad attitude. Will never come again.

This is one of my favourite places in the city, but I had to stop ordering it online because their packaging is just an open tote bag that leaves the food totally exposed. Today I opened my door to find my salad roll box open and somebody had drank out of my broth container (there was a mouth-sized stain on the side and nearly half of the liquid was missing, but no signs of a leak). Obviously if somebody tampers with the food that's not Toronto Pho's fault, but some safety measures to make the food inaccessible while traveling to its destination would make me feel a lot more comfortable ordering from them again.
