Placed online order subscription for every 2 weeks. Submitted on May 20 2024 by accident and meant to have the start date the following week, May 27 2024 as I will be out of the country. Emailed them, they change the date for me, which was wonderful.
Received order May 27 2024 to start my every 2 week delivery subscription which means my next delivery would be for the week of June 10 2024 which works out since I am not home the week in between.
I receive an email about my delivery one week after the first shipment. I am on vacation and didn't realize which week it was thinking it was my mistake so I asked what time would it be delivered and perhaps arrange someone to take it. Mind you, the vacation brain fog, I reacted slower upon reading my emails. No response but I also then realize, they did not deliver as requested anyway!!(every 2 weeks).
When I arrived back home, one bottle had leaked which was credited for. Upon reaching out to Rebecca, she said if she had known they were left out all day, she wouldn't have given me the credit. 2 factors here: 1) they were not delivered according to my every 2 week request. 2) what does a bottle sitting out have to do with one of your defective bottles?? This was just plain stupid. Please go ahead and take back the $18.00 for the defective bottle if you really want to argue thay this was due to it sitting in a box.
I emailed again to reiterate what EVERY 2 WEEKS SUBSCRIPTION meant.
She emailed saying she's confused and wanted clarification. I call back and not the slightest clue about customer service. Did not even let me talk as she rambled on about the emails to which I just cut her off to speak over her. She wanted me to call back and clarify, so why not let me speak????
Every 2 week subscription means delivery every other week from the start date, how hard is this? A $50 order worth a bad review and potential loss of clients?
Rebecca, it was the end of the work day for us both but if you're going to take a call, Maybe learn how to properly listen to your customers, especially a returning customer. This seems like a pattern from one of your previous reviews as well.
You deserved the response you got from me as your tone and message was just to argue with me. Your argument was petty as you could not simply realize that a subscription effective may 27 would have a delivery date of June 10, not June 3. I never requested a full refund. all I wanted was to clarify and have you understand that the delivery date was incorrect on your end, but you pressed to argue so the best exit to this never ending conversation was a goodbye and I hung up.

This was my first & last experience with Rebecca. President of this organization. First I am a super sick. She knew this.1. She offered to drop off my purchases at a certain time and i do not hear from her. So I call her. I decide to go to her to pick up my “almost $100 worth of shots” with her knowing that I’m super sick.2. She then gives me the wrong directions.3. I park exactly where she told me she was close to. Wrong again. I had to walk for at least 15 minute as I’m having difficulty breathing. Im super annoyed at this time.4. I finally find it - from the shipping & receiving side only to see that noones answering the door. The gentleman saw me and still ignored me.She wasn’t happy with how I was speaking to her so what does she do? She refuses to give me what I already paired for. I’m still waiting for my refund. This woman Rebecca is pure evil. She could not keep her word. I should have known that once she never showed up, I should have just asked for a refund. Horrible customer service. She showed no compassion and instead, wanted me to speak to her in an appropriate way - a way that will make her feel better. I am horrified that someone like this would treat someone like me - who was not feeling well. My tone may not have been the greatest but knowing that she PURPOSELY held back what I already paid for- ia disgusting. What goes around comes around and I hope EVERYONE can recognize this evil & mean woman. Stay away from people that run organizations like this she couldn’t care less about anyone, pure evil. She knew I was sick and had no genuine care or concern. I’ll definitely pray that this woman has a change of heart towards people that are coming to purchase for reasons that she should understand. Horrible business woman. Horrible organization. I can recommend however the sweetest people at Fresh House. She knew I couldn’t go to them because it was out of my way. That was my mistake. May God forgive you for this. Disgusting. I can’t believe she’s even running this place.

I’m very disappointed that I’m having to write this review. However, this is not my first time purchasing from total cleanse but it will definitely be my last.
I read a review on the website that stated “the juices were inconsistent” and I completely agree. During the first few days of my cleanse all of the juices tasted as though they were very much diluted. (I’ve attached a photo for reference. I also shook the drink before taking a photo) Once I received my second order I was immediately turned off by the paprika in the apple juice which was so strong that I nearly choked every time I went to drink it, and ultimately ended up throwing it away. The creamy cashew had a very slimy film inside which I ignored for several days until the 4th day when I noticed it had a very thick film and an awfully sour taste to it. I’m guessing that it was an expired batch that was given to me?… After throwing out the remainder of the amazing apple and creamy cashew juices, I honestly couldn’t continue my cleanse.

For those looking for a good juicing experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND total cleanse. Considering the money that you’re spending, you can enjoy making your own juice at home and not have money wasted because you were given, diluted, expired or overly “seasoned” juices. And if you don’t want to make it at home just go with a different cleanse.

I completed a 7 day cleanse and it was a great experience. I noticed I was a lot less fatigue and more patient and joyful. I found it easy to ignore the cravings that I had both during and after my cleanse. It was extremely hard to finish the juice on some days. I think it was mainly because I was drinking a lot of water as well so my body couldn’t hold all of the fluid. I would say the best flavours are the citrus splash and the perfect pineapple. I will eventually try all of the flavours. I would love to do it again soon.l. It just sucks that their products are so expensive but overall a good buy.

Absolutely awesome tasting juices, they all sit well and especially the lemon and grapefruit, those are my favourite. They clean my stomach and make me feel less bloated and groggy, I would definitely get more juices from here, they can be on the pricier side for the amount you get in a bottle, but it’s well worth it and always look out for deals they have on Uber eats etc
