Ordered the twin deal today with two flavours, suicide blonde and hot honey. Their fries were super tough and dry. The hot honey wings tasted like straight Frank’s hot sauce even though it’s under the “SWEET heart” list of flavours. Called to let them know and they required us to send photos of the items. Don’t know why cause you can’t taste or feel the products through photos but oh well did it anyways. The person at the front was adamant that it was hot honey and maybe it was just on the more hot sauce side so “they won’t be able to do anything about it”. They then said they will put our name down for free fries. We turned it down because we’re definitely not ordering from this place again, even though we’ve been ordering for years.

I tend to get the boneless wings or chicken tenders. They have a great selection of flavours but they are pretty secretive on what exactly the flavours are made up of so you will need to ask them for each individual one you are interested in by the name alone which can be annoying and time consuming.Town deal is my ideal choice for one person. It comes with 1lb of wings (or boneless for no extra charge), in the flavour of your choice. I would recommend the boneless over the chicken tenders, because latter tend to be nervy. It also comes with Town Fries which are covered in chili's, onions, ranch and roasted garlic which turns out to be a tasty combination with a bit of a spicy kick. Plus a canned drink of your choice. Usually comes up to just shy of 22$ after tax.I have tried over 10 flavours and continue and will continue to come back to try different ones.The staff is usually young and friendly. The location is very small so dining in is very limited, especially in the winter without the patio. Parking is very limited as well, as it is shared with a handful of other businesses. They accept cash or credit but not AMEX.I would recommend this place for those who want variety in wings and for a reasonable price but you are better off ordering to go, which you can do through the phone or food take out apps

Honestly I was surprised because I waited so long for my food. I ordered before a gentleman that came in after me to place an order not pick up and he only ordered wings and a wrap. I ordered the wrap and it took forever. When I received my food it was wrong I wanted no cheese and they put cheese as I am lactose. The person taking the orders were so busy texting than attending to the customer I said to say hello and hi many times. It was very disappointing honestly. It was my first ordering takeout at this place and honestly I wouldn’t come back again.

Perfect restaurant for takeout. Preparation time is very less and staff in kitchen is perfect and tell you briefly about every flavour. We guyz specially come from Brampton just to have wings and wrap from here. ??
