This is not a Turkish restaurant( google ads this place as Turkish restaurant), it is just a pure Persian restaurant so if you are expecting a dining Turkish style, it isn’t the place. The name of the restaurant is Mr.Dizi’s place. I believe most of the reviews about this restaurant were from the previous restaurant. Their price of menu has changed $10 up in each plate so the family meal that feeds 3 people is $79.99 not 69.99. The server charged $10 more without telling us. She said the menu now changed. She ended up giving discount $10 which is the price that was marked in the menu. While we were ordering ( we were the only customers), she never mentioned the menus price changed. The food quality was nothing impressive compared to other restaurants in north York. Maybe a bit below average. For the salad, you get a plate with chop veggies with a side of thousand island dipping sauce. It is definitely not worth to go the second time. Food quality , service, and price are maybe 1/4 and the place decor is 3/4.

Second time I take lunch here and what I can tell is, the food is tasteful, I try everything different all the times I go to a restaurant so I can recognise when they are special. The music, the food, everything together brings you to another country, inside the restaurant is so beautiful and cozy. And the cooker or chef can proud, because it's very complicated to try cook in order to produce the same favours from the original country to the plate here in Canada. Congratulations ?

Encountered disrespectful and discourteous staff while waiting to be seated with my son's. I guess it's difficult finding good help these days. Always enjoyed the Mandarin in the past. Things there seem to have changed. Ignorant staff ruined what should have been a pleasant family meal.

Amazing hospitality!! She was a very welcoming hostess, she took the time to explain the items on the menu since we were unfamiliar. The food tasted phenomenal and the portions were huge!! Definitely recommend trying their food and their amazing tea and baklava out!

Hot Buffet was amazing. Service and atomsphere great. Salad bar: Shell fish surrounded around the garden salad even though it is in a seperate bowl the tongs are being used for both. This is a cause for cross contamation. If people are not aware and are alergic it could be a real problem. This is only my personnel opion because I really do not eat any of fish or shell fish but really so like a good salad.

I went with a friend because of the reviews and both of us were delighted with their appetizers and well done flavourful main dishes. The lamb chops, the skewers, bulgur , rice, everything was tasty and generous. We felt welcome and I will bring other friends. Thanks!

If you want to stay safe during the pandemic this is the safest restaurant to choose. Masks have to be worn any time you leave the table, disposable gloves are provided for the buffet, hand sanitizer in each room, cutlery comes to the table in a sealed plastic bag for each person, tables and chairs are sanitized after each guest. If this isn't enough the Atmosphere, Food, Service, and Hospitality also rate high marks. Thanks to the manager Serena, who makes sure everybody's visit there is an enjoyable one!
