I’ve been coming to this sushi spot for years, and I can’t believe I’ve never left a review until now.
The sushi and rolls are always fresh and flavorful and the shrimp tempura and tempura sauce are insanely good. Their soy sauce deserves a special shout out. A lot of sushi places customize their own soy sauce, but this one is honestly the best I’ve ever had. It elevates the taste of the sushi in the perfect way.
They also always accommodate my preferences when possible, which I really appreciate. The staff are consistently friendly, bright, and welcoming, and I don’t think I’ve ever left here disappointed.
This is a place I genuinely love and I’m glad to finally say it.

One of my favor , either din in or take out. Just order another party trade on the weekend. Quality is still the same but find that both sushi & sashimi are much smaller than they used to be !!!!

Absolutely one of the top 5, if not the best Japanese restaurant in Toronto! The ambiance is cozy yet spacious, with perfect lighting. The staff’s service is top-notch, and most importantly, the food is outstanding. From sashimi and sushi to specialty rolls and other cooked dishes, everything is incredibly delicious. Prices are reasonable, and they stay open late too. Highly recommend!
We absolutely love the food here and so do our parents from the US. Every time they visit, this is the first place they want to go. The ramen is rich, flavorful, and hands-down the best we've ever had. Highly recommended!

Amazing sushi. Rolls are packed with fish. The rice is so thin, you can dunk it in soy sauce and it won't absorb too much. Everything I want from a sushi place

Definitely a hidden gem. A bit of a wait for food, but so fresh and generous portions for the price. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. A little outdated, but that’s perfectly fine given the excellent quality. Would dine in again.

This felt very much like a place overseas, prices were really fair, portions were very good and flavors were wonderful.
Above all else I judge Agedashi tofu because any good Japanese restaurant should care just as much for their most simple dish as they do their most fancy. Agedashi tofu is that dish for me and they do it justice, I have not had better outside Japan. There was care put in to making it, and the dashi stock served with it was perfect in balance.
I am going to have to come back at least once more while on this short trip I am here.
