Can't resist the umami of Deluxe Chirashi Don, had ordered multiple times from different delivery platforms. Always go for the deluxe one because worth it, not the normal one tho. I also like the randomness of the tuna in the don, there's chance you will get otoro.

the salmon lover party tray came with a fun dry ice effect, and the price was very reasonable for a good portion size (54 pieces for $60) - the spicy Salmon rolls were made with actual pieces of salmon instead of a tenkasu-mayo-salmon mix

Small unpretentious place on Sheppard between 404 and Vic park . Servers are all very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced menu. Been here several times will keep going . If you pay cash they give you a discount . The salmon set dinner and salmon lover and salmon bento box are all worth ordering .

Ordered the spare ribs tonight on ubereats.. So disappointed. Item was 60% fat on the meat and it was a bit undercooked. Tasty but I had to recook it on my stove and eat around all of the fat. Horrible

I have been going to Umami House for years! The food is so fresh and delicious, and the presentation is beautiful. The portions are generous and they give you thick slices of sashimi. There is a cash discount, and the menu is very reasonably priced. The service is always friendly and fast. Usually it’s ready for pick-up, but I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my take-out order.
