Dec 4 will be my last time coming there, the staff members where very rude and had a very bad attitude.

The food was great with large portions. The waitress was friendly and helpful with good advice. I look forward to going back.

What can you say except that it is an institution! Like a New York deli, it is loud, crowded, with servers who have been there forever and treat you like family. And, yes, the food is great

We were given scrambled egg sandwich by Ruolina. Absolutely outstanding service! She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. Truly one of the best food experiences we’ve had. Best scrambled sandwich in Canada.

We are regulars at UB for a reason. Nothing beats the delicious comfort food and the kindness of the staff. It is like coming home everytime we dine there. We also sent a meal to family members in Vaughan who were under the weather. One of two bags got missed. The team (thanks Tammy) at UB rushed to make things right and sent out what was missed within the hour along with the sweetest note and some extra treats. Beyond kind and delicious as always. Thank you to the UB family, you guys are the best!!!!

Came in to grab a takeout sandwich. I tried the tuna sandwich on a bagel and it definitely hit the spot. The quality of the bagel was perfect and the staff were warm and welcoming. Will be back soon!
