includes the Canh Chua Ca (Sweet and Sour Fish Soup) and Ca Kho To (Braised Clay Pot Fish). Both of these dishes hail from the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam. The soup is made with catfish, pineapple, okra, onion, tomatoes, bean sprouts, and herbs, with a chicken&fish-base tamarind soup. If you enjoy tom yum soup, this is the dish for you! The claypot fish is made with catfish that is marinated and slowly braised in a sweet-savoury sauce until it caramelizes, and served with a side of jasmine rice. This is a traditional Vietnamese dish that resembles Japanese teriyaki.

Bun Mam
Often referred to as "Mekong in a Bowl," what separates Bun Mam from other Vietnamese noodle dishes is the broth. The broth is pungent, robust, bold, murky... Flavoured with the secret ingredient: fermented fish. The taste is packed with umami flavours, and it is very rarely found in North American Vietnamese restaurants due to its pungent smell. The dish includes vermicelli , eggplant, shrimp, , pork belly and fish. It originated from southern Vietnam, from the Mekong Delta and has become a staple in road-side dining in Vietnam.

Came here for the first time and ordered the large special pho. For the price, it was such a great deal and the Pho tasted very authentic even my Vietnamese mother-in-law would approve. The chicken and beef were so tender and broth was rich and aromatic. Will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu. A+

Finally a place where the reviews are not over hyped! We got the carpaccio, banh mi dip, charred beef rib pho and sizzling beef and enjoyed all of it! Definitely recommend the carpaccio and banh mi dip. Although my friend who has been here before said she felt the portion of the beef rib has shrunk in size, the portions of the other items were all fair in my opinion. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Pricing is very affordable. Seating is pretty limited and a bit tight....
