Pretty okay id say but the staff are horribly rude which makes the food subpar.

Snazzy little Italian joint with authentic taste. Pizza and pasta is very good and super kid friendly.

I made a Catering order with Vivo and I loved how I was treated. They were professional and thoughtful! When I came earlier than the pick up time they made the food early. They gave me extra sauce on the side so the Pasta wouldn't get dried up, which I really appreciated. Everyone at my party loved the food! 😁 I have also personally eaten at Vivo a few times and have enjoyed my experience.

ā€œReal Italianā€ gem on Billy Bishop Way. Menu is not large but there are daily specials in addition to the standard menu. Food is very fresh and healthily prepared. Servers are always really nice. Space is very small so make a reservation. My only issue was the HVAC system was strongly blowing air directly on me at one of the booths where I was sitting

Great food at a reasonably price.
I loved the tomato sauce.
Wish they sold it in jars to take home.

Amazing hosts and waitress. The short tiny young lady is an angel and a blessing to deal with. Will be back for another cheerful evening.

Excellent dishes: Veal Chop - super tender. Prosciutto Pizza - good amount of prosciutto and cheese. Pear salad - tasty. Bruschetta - in a pizza form with tons of tomato dices. Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken - pasta is creamy but chicken is a bit dry but still ok. Last but not least, the Blueberry Cheesecake has just the right amount of sweetness. Great service - polite and attentive. Will definitely go back.

Amazing food and great service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and everything we ordered was full of rich, authentic Italian flavour. The pasta was perfectly cooked, portions were generous, and you can tell real care goes into every dish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel special. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to — highly recommend!

We have been to Vivo in person and had a lovely meal. We decided to takeout tonight and were VERY disappointed. The Vivo Salad had 2little pieces of feta cheese a few cut up pieces of beets and less than a handful of walnuts. The salad was $15 and definitely NOT worth it. The Penne Vodka had no pancetta and way too much tomato sauce... and the Veal Vitello al Marsala was okay but the potatoes-all of them were under cooked... sorry guys don't usually leave negative reviews but this was VERY disappointing and relatively expensive! Happy Holidays.

I came here for a work lunch at 1pm, our group left just after 330pm. The servers were very pushy for us to order quickly. Even while we explained that we were waiting for the rest of the group to arrive first. The 2 servers came over multiple times to get our order as we were looking over the menus and seemed to be annoyed when we asked for more time. As we were eating our food the servers started handing us take-out containers. It was extremely rude and more of a ā€œhurry up and leaveā€ gesture. No one had asked for containers as we were still eating and talking. A coworker asked about salads and the server said they only had Cesar. When it came time for dessert the server brought 2 menus for 7 of us and then was annoyed when we hadn’t chosen an item as yet. We all were just trying to pass the menus around. Overall the food was okay but the 2 females servers were insolent and most definitely the reason I’d not go back to this location. Our office typically has team end of year dinners or lunches in the area but have never been so unwanted in a restaurant…just by being there. When we left, 2 other customers were there and no one else. We had made a reservation to ensure we had seating and there was no indication of the restaurant closing at 330 or 4pm. Maybe the staff wanted to go home early or didn’t feel like dealing with a group, whatever it was..I can’t say I’d recommend coming here.

Food: The pizzas were ok, very basic for the pricing $22 (12 inch thin crust). Dolce E Piccante photo attached.

The Cesar salad was okay, however the pancetta was more than crispy. My coworker said it was very hard and nearly inedible.

The calamari was rubbery and servers with plain mayo as well as 1 wedge of lemon.
