Came here on Sunday and made a purchase through the drive-thru window. 2 combos plus a 6pc nugget. When I got to the window, they charged me $31.17, and I noticed they forgot my nuggets on the receipt. So I told them and they got my nuggets, but told me they needed to charge me for it, which was totally fine. The guy told me it was $3.93 and I tapped my card and didn't think to ask for that receipt. When I looked at my credit card afterward, they had charged me $14.51 for the nuggets instead of the $3.93.Yes, I understand that it is my responsibility to check the amount before tapping. But I would not expect such shady behaviour from a large company like Wendy's. Please do better.UPDATE: just looked through the reviews and noticed the same thing happened to someone 3weeks ago. Perhaps Management should look into their staff and their practices at this location.

Nice Wendy's on a major street that still feels a bit out of the way. Workers are always kind and attentive . Food is classic Wendy's. All around great place

Terrible, I went on Sunday and they took too long to attend, I do not recommend it, the staff is very disorganized and they do not attend to you, there was even a huge line of people who were going to pick up orders from different food platforms, annoyed by so much time waiting for their orders and many They canceled and left, which I couldn't do because I had already paid, but for me, I would have gone somewhere else, but I will never return or recommend this Wendy's. If the company can check the cameras, they will realize this disorganization.

They charged me with a different more expensive order, and they didn't even give a receipt because they messed it up!! They werehoping that I wouldn't realize!!!Disquisting careless people!!Next time if you overcharge people due to your mistake, just tell them and refund the extra amount money was charged!! Not to don't give a receipt and hope everything is cool!!!

Stopped her for lunch today and it was very good. Service was quick and the food was typical Wendy's quality. I had the spicy Chicken sandwich which was very good and my wife loved the french onion burger. And most important, the fries were HOT!

the machine stole my points, I had 2,260 I took 2 chillies which was 700 and I had 461 the rest the machine stole. I want it back please. Be careful when using the machine here, they take more stitches than necessary, sometimes they don't register stitches. Stay tuned. thanks

I came to the drive thru at night and the lady was taking everybody else’s orders but when it was my turn to come to the window she ignored me. I stayed at the window for 5 minutes talking to myself and eventually left and the person behind me went up to the window and the lady took their order. I’m not sure why she decided to not take my order but that was rude and embarrassing.
