I asked for no salt on my fries, but I could taste and see that the fries I was given were salted. I returned them and asked for new fries, and I was told that if I had a problem with the replacement order, they would not be replaced thrm again by a supervisor.
I would not have had a problem if the order had been served correctly the first time.
Poor customer service.

I ordered a regular poutine and the first one they gave me was cold and felt like old stock. I asked for a fresh, hot one and the staff said yes, but they still mixed the old, cold fries with the new ones. This is unacceptable. If a customer requests fresh food, it should be prepared properly, not reused or mixed. Very disappointed with the quality and the service.

This is my first time coming into this location and And the customer service was horrible. Because they were almost closeing, and they told everybody that the store is closed by yelling and telling everybody and told me that the store is closed. I said yes, but when I’m finished eating, I will leave, but I’m inside eating now so when I’m done, I will leave.
There is nothing wrong with telling people that the store is closed, but don’t do it with attitude and yelling across the room. And make people feel like they have to leave now and not finish their food while you are already inside.
If you wanted people to be gone by 9 o’clock, you shouldn’t be taking peoples orders and trying to force them to leave while they’re eating their food.
This location must have new manager , terrible service . I actually had waited literally 30 mins stuck in the drive thru cause a car would move and was using some phone discount . Totally rude the car was but when we finally got to window obviously pissed off, the two friggin employees both ive never dealt with before wouldn’t tell me their names , ignorant girl ends up saying Rajesh but I doubt his real name ( was a great Italian manager for years ) Just like everything in our community this store sucks . No longer will give them a dime

I bought the baconator but when I open the wrapper I saw a dry burger the patty has no taste no seasoning no salt it was dryer than the buns

My daughter found a spider in her strawberry lemonade. Everyone threw out their drinks right after . All trust is broken with this location. Like y’all couldn’t see in the cup there was a spider in there . Issteeth .

I placed an order through the app, 2 frosty 1 jr cheeseburger deluxe and 1 jr. deluxe hamburger. They forgot to add the add the cheese on one of the order. I went back to add the cheese. Which they refused at first. I showed the burger without cheese for a few minutes until they gave it to me. Which they finally added the cheese to my cheese burger.
