DO NOT GO HERE. They are rude and nasty! I have been here on multiple occasions thinking it will get better but nope. One afternoon I went in and a staff was sweeping the floor, however she was going towards the bagels. She should have been sweeping the dust towards the door not the food! Dust would now be on the bagels. Another occasion when it was a bit quiet the lady that was at the cash register came to work on my sandwich with the SAME glove she just used to handled money. They have no customer service skills and not good hygiene.

I got to try their square challah bread thanks to older Asian that was very nice 🥹. It was very delicious they have very good bread and will definitely go to visit more.

I have been going to various what a bagel locations and I love them! Their bagels are absolutely always fresh and consistently always taste great!

They have lots of varieties of baked goods and you can get breakfast/brunch/lunch bagels with different toppings. Everything is always very fresh and very tasty!

Loved the light tuna bagel, felt healthy, both the tuna and the bagel were quite fresh. The price was also pretty low.

I called asking if they have a particular kind of bread. They said they have a lot. When I came half an hour later, it wasn't available. Waste of my time and gas.

I went on a Saturday (08/16), at 4 pm, when I arrived the crew was already doing closing duties. This was my first time going to this store, therefore me and my husband had some questions regarding the food items and how to order. The lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude when my husband was asking questions, she was trying to clean and when my husband had some question she replied with “you should just ask me all the questions because I am trying to clean”, showing 0 customer service.
I traveled 45 minutes just to try the bagels, since I saw a lot of reviews, but when I got there they only had 5 bagels lefts, even though they close at 5 pm. Meanwhile I was choosing what to order, 4 different clients came in and left since there were no more bagels.

Honestly I would not recommend this place, although the food was good, they have terrible customer service, it seems like the crew doesn’t want to take any clientele after 4pm. If that is the case, the store should rather close at 4pm.

I ordered a tuna on a twister. The tuna was really generous. I ordered avocado on it too, with some veggies, the twister was fresh but also easy to chew, so I leave there with a sandwich that was easily a full meal. I will gladly return again and again for that kind of experience. :))

Don't visit often, but every time I come over the whole ordering process is a sluggish, disorganized mess. It makes 0 sense why they are so chaotic.

I always go to this location the staff is usually friendly . I was disappointed today the way the food was handled . As they were making my sandwich another employee took the knife with the chicken and walked over the other staff making someone else sandwich. As she did that the chicken was falling everywhere and onto my sandwich. Onto the counter and the floor . When I told her she got angry and said if that’s the case do not eat here . I found that rude and disrespectful. I ended up giving away two tuna sandwiches.
It’s a shame because I love wat a bagel and don’t think I’ll be going there anymore .

Excellent fresh bagels prepared by a super efficient team, generous toppings, always a good meal here! It’s a grab and go, no seating. Great spot to grab your lunch!!

I always order a salmon bagel here and they are always great. They food is also so fresh and the service is always great. Their pizzas are also great for a snack.

My dad bought a bagel and it has some sort of bristles in it. I'm glad I saw it before he ate it, I don't have time to drive hin to the hospital. I've been going there for years, as the owners have swapped and it's really lost a step. Nobody seems to care about this incident, there's been radio silence on multiple attempts to contact them. Stay away.

Have been a customer since the store opened. Found what look to be nylon bristles baked into the bottom of my morning bagel. Emailed the company, no response. Can only figure they don't care about it.

Bagel bread is fresh but cream cheese with garlic and egg I tried them were not tasty it seems wash with water or boil it,
